Welcome to our relaxing brand new apartment in Waukee’s KeeTown Loop Entertainment District, just North of I-80. This unit is surrounded by miles of paved walking/biking paths along with nice views you can enjoy from the balcony. Just walking distance from the brand new Vibrant Music Hall, among many other new amenities and restaurants.

*Please note: This unit is quiet with no children amenities and not recommended to guests with children under 12 yrs old.

What a wonderful place in a wonderful area!!!
I love to leave objective reviews to help others make a good decision when it comes to places to stay. This property was probably one of the best Vrbo's my girlfriend and I have ever stayed! Ryan's place is SUPER clean and it is not cluttered at all!!! I have stayed in some Vrbo's that have trinkets everywhere, which is not bad, but I'm a simple guy and this place was perfect! The bed was super comfortable!! The couch was great as well! All appliances worked great and shower was great! The only thing that would have been a homerun is maybe another 42-45 inch TV in the bedroom. But that is super trivial and did not effect our stay. Do yourself a favor and do not hesitate to book! The area itself is growing and there is a lot of stores/restaurants to explore! If I stay again for Ironman weekend I'm surely booking this again :)

Great spot for a stay in Waukee! Cozy apartment. Quiet building with plenty of parking. The towels were sooooo soft! Bed was comfortable. Had a great stay here!
