Great spot for a stay in Waukee! Cozy apartment. Quiet building with plenty of parking. The towels were sooooo soft! Bed was comfortable. Had a great stay here!

Communicative host. Very clean, new, comfortable apartment right next door to the social room (nobody was ever in there so I was able to use it for Zoom meetings). My son used the basement gym and enjoyed it. The host left us eggs, margarine, and pancake mix for breakfast, which was nice. Never heard any noise in the hallway. Felt safe. It was a nice stay in a safe part of town.

Concert weekend

We were in the area to see a concert at the Vibrant music hall. This property was perfect for that-located just 2 blocks away. The property was very clean ( new ), very quiet and easily accessible. We are planning a return trip next spring and would love to stay at this property again.

What a wonderful place in a wonderful area!!!

I love to leave objective reviews to help others make a good decision when it comes to places to stay. This property was probably one of the best Vrbo's my girlfriend and I have ever stayed! Ryan's place is SUPER clean and it is not cluttered at all!!! I have stayed in some Vrbo's that have trinkets everywhere, which is not bad, but I'm a simple guy and this place was perfect! The bed was super comfortable!! The couch was great as well! All appliances worked great and shower was great! The only thing that would have been a homerun is maybe another 42-45 inch TV in the bedroom. But that is super trivial and did not effect our stay. Do yourself a favor and do not hesitate to book! The area itself is growing and there is a lot of stores/restaurants to explore! If I stay again for Ironman weekend I'm surely booking this again :)
