Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Built in 2020, book this cozy in-law for a comfortable and peaceful retreat. Conveniently located, 5 mins from Park Blvd, Diamond district, and the Fruitvale districts. One exit away from Lake Merritt and downtown Oakland.

With a modern layout the full kitchen opens up to the living room for an airy feel.

Please note that this is an in-law, meaning it is built in the lower level of our home, but completely private.

To access the unit you have to walk down our driveway (which is on a hill). The unit is not ADA accessible.

Total misrepresentation

We ended up not staying at this property after seeing the conditions of the grounds. The grounds look like a junkyard. This property should NOT be considered a mother in law suite with EXTERMELY poor accessibility. There is a high step to enter the apartment with no handrail and a VERY steep driveway to gain entry. Only very minimal street parking is available in a VERY shady neighborhood.
