I've owned this condo for 20 years and enjoyed it with my children when they were young. It was a a little slice of joy for us. My kids are grown and two sons live in Florida but I hope by renting others can enjoy this wonderful slice of joy in Seaside Heights.

Why they chose this property

Where we are in Seaside is quiet but close enough to everything fun. I went to Seaside as a kid and it brought me joy. For us, it was closer than Wildwood, and had more to do than Point Pleasant.

What makes this property unique

My place is super ckean and modern. No hotel in Seaside can compare. I have a washer dryer, more open floor plan, and a traditional bathroom that has the toilet and sink in the same room with a tub/shower. The other units renting in my complex don't have that. My complex has a pool and picnic tables to relax. We have extra parking besides our off street spot. I've looked to upgrade and I never found a place that I liked better.
