Talk about a great deal, right in OLD TOWN!! This beautiful Condo is fully equipped for either your Summer or Winter getaway, right in the heart of Park City.

The ski lift is two blocks away from the Condo!! Deer Valley Mountain Resort is also just a few minutes away, by car or bus.

There are 2 assigned garage (low clearance) parking spaces for your convenience as well as locked ski racks to store your skis or boards. There are 3 sleeping areas. The Primary bedroom has a queen bed with its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with its own bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and a bunkbed with its own bathroom. There is an additional half bathroom on the main floor. We even have an additional queen electric inflatable mattress that could be set up in any room.

The shuttle also picks up right in front of the building. The kids will love the brand newly installed playground equipment, skate park, basketball, volleyball, football field, jogging trail, special events, all located at The City Park, right outside your front door.

Want some night time fun? The only problem you'll have is choosing from the huge array of live music venues or wonderful restaurants, right on Main Street (which is only a 10 minute walk or two minute bus ride away.

There is also fantastic shopping in Park City or right outside Old Town.

Supplies, such as groceries, health food and liquor are conveniently located around the corner.

With nearly 2000 square feet of living area, this condo feels more like a home, than a vacation rental. Three levels provides a more spacious surrounding and allows for multiple family accommodations with Free WiFi. There are two dining areas and high quality furnishings.

Great location, perfect for families looking to ski and enjoy the town!

Great property with fantastic amenities and proximity to everything. Stocked kitchen, and great hot tub. Great check out process too - so easy for those early morning flights out of town. Definitely would come back to this property next time we are in Park City.

amazing location and atmosphere

What a great place. The location near the park is great, easy walk to so many places. We were there for mountain biking and access to a garage was great, would make a great ski stay. I would love to stay here again.

Great stay

The location of this property is perfect..It’s in the heart of town and guests have only a short walk to Main Street…. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful and so was the handyman.. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there next year

We loved staying here, it was a great location with bus stops right out front to get you to the ski resorts or downtown. Condo had everything thing we needed and was clean and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed playing at the park that is in front of the condo, even with 3 feet of snow on the ground.

Michael was a great host - super quick on all communications and very helpful. The place was laid out perfectly for 3 couples. New bathrooms were great. The hot tub was perfect after skiing. I'd stay here again as it was a great place at a great value.

The property was very comfortable and very well equipped . The location was excellent in that it was steps from the free bus shuttle stop and close enough to downtown to walk it . The car garage is big enough for two cars and great for ski storage . Definitely would rent again .

Ski Condo Park City

Outstanding location! Easy walk to PC lift or downtown restaurants/shops. Loved the heated floors in all bathrooms. A few concerns.....parking super tight with mid size SUV's, lots of stairs in condo, hot tub was dirty and we did not use, fry pans need to be replaced, fitted sheets in master came off every night.

Great house for skiers

The house was in a great location, just a few minutes from Park City Mountain base. We were two families with school aged children and had plenty of space. The ski storage area was functional and kept gear out of the way. The property manager was extremely responsive to our requests. The kitchen had nice pots and pans. Overall a great choice for a week of skiing.

Mike was very communicative with all of my questions. He made sure we were taken care of, and the house was very nice. About an eight minute walk to the lifts, which was important to us. And you’re pretty close to downtown. I would recommend this place

Park City Ski Vacation

This property checks all the boxes! Great central location within walking distance of PCMR or downtown Park City. The unit had plenty of space for our group to spread out and the 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get cleaned up for dinner after the slopes. The garage and hot tub were nice perks as well. The owner was easy to reach and responsive to any questions we had. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time we ski Park City!

Great for family gathering

We had a great time skiing in Park City with another family. This condo has enough beds for the 9 of us ranging in age from 6 to adults. The living room is spacious enough for group meals and games. Takes less than 10 minutes on the shuttle to Park City Mountain Resort. You can even walk there but takes a bit of effort in ski boots. Owner is very responsive and on top of things.

Great Place to Stay in Park City

Our family loved this place. It is the gold standard by which all other VRBO properties should be measured. This property is like new, and well equipped with everything and more a family could possibly need or want during a ski vacation, even heated bathroom floors. The 2 garage spaces and outdoor hot tub were added bonuses. We had measurable snowfall during our stay, and he deck, sidewalk and driveway were cleared of snow almost immediately. We were able to walk to Main Street in about 10 minutes and to the ski resort in about 5-10 minutes. The host was very responsive and helpful at all times. We had a great time!

Great location, easy access to both ski lifts and downtown.

A perfect place to stay in Park City. Small complex with only 8 units with heated parking garage on first floor. Convenient access to unit from garage. 3 spacious bedrooms, each with their own updated bathroom with heated floors. Unit has full size tables in both kitchen and dining room for easy sitting of 6-8 people. Living room has ample furniture and includes a nice gas fireplace that really warms the room quickly. Hot tub is centrally located in the courtyard less than 5 steps outside the unit. We really enjoyed the easy access to ski lifts and downtown all within walking distance, but bus stop is right in front of the complex if your legs are tired after skiing, so convenient to everything. Will definitely stay again!

Terrific Stay at PC

Everything about the house was wonderful. It was perfect for our group of 5. Very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Mike provided great communication and help with area information. We used Uber and city bus to go back and forth to Main St. Walk to/from PCMR was a little far with skis and boots so we used the bus. The stop is right near the house. Timing is hard to pin down but we didn’t wait any longer than 10 min or so. From PCMR, you want the Main St/Deer Valley bus. Ask the driver if they stop at City Park. For an airport shuttle, Ski Taxi worked out great and was more reasonably priced than others. Thank you Mike for a terrific stay!

Great location, perfect size, wonderful value

Walking distance to old town, the slopes, and groceries... or take the bus right at your doorstep. This was the best location we've had for Sundance in all of the 10 years we've been going. Layout of the condo is ideal, too, with bedrooms on the bottom and top floors and only common spaces on the main floor. Having 3.5 baths was amazing. The condo is not huge, but it was a perfect size - all 10 guests were able to have their own space, spread out, and be comfortable, all while being close enough to one another to hang out. Hot tub right outside the kitchen slider was great, too. Host is super nice, and his communication excellent. Access to the condo was easy, and two parking spots were appreciated. Check out did not require a long list of things like many places we've stayed in the past, helping make the end of our trip stress free. If I had to complain about something, it would be the low clearance of the garage entrance (we had to remove the Thule roof box from our SUV in order to fit into the garage). Overall, this is a minor nit in an otherwise awesome experience. We loved the place so much that hopefully we'll be back again in the future!!

Great value and location

The condo is close to Park City the mountain and town. Both are a healthy walk or very quick shuttle ride away, and there is a shuttle stop directly in front of the house. The house was super clean and every room has its own full bath, which is very helpful, and the unit has plenty of space inside, with a very helpful foyer and garage for all your ski gear. There’s a large hot tub right outside the door shared with the other units in the building and we only had to wait for it once. The unit was impeccably clean and stocked well for our stay. The only minor criticism is that the decor is not super up-to-date style-wise, but the furniture and beds are comfortable. If you're there to ski and enjoy the area for a reasonable place, this is a great spot.

Great Vacation!

Host was very responsive. Location is perfect with the bus stop right out front. The living room windows were amazing especially on snow days. The park across the street was great for entertaining our 2 year old while everyone else skied. Would definitely recommend.

Best kept secret in Park City

This condo is a gem! Close to town, 2 block walk to PC mountain base — it was the perfect location. (Pro tip: Valet your gear for 15/night at the mountain so you don't have to carry it up and down the hill).Well furnished, clean & well-stocked kitchen — lots of spaces to relax alone or to hang out together. We will book again!

Surpassed our expectations

We had a great time at the house. The house is comfortable, well located (free bus stop at the door), with easy access and place to leave car and ski equipment. The outdoor jacuzzi is big, adequate and friendly if other neighbours join you. Nicely decorated according to the city and ski resort. Excellent and quick communication with owner.

Excellent Ski Trip

Great multiple couple or family property. Every bedroom having a bathroom and just all around great layout made for a comfortable stay. Some very thoughtful additions for kids like stepping stools by sinks.The property was walkable to the main base though up a big hill, short bus trip was a nice alternative if desired.
