Our house sits on 8 acres and is located less than 5 minutes from Hurricane Bridge Recreation Area. Burgess Falls, Rock Island State Park, and Fall Creek Falls are located nearby.
Plenty of parking for your vehicles and boats…on level ground. Covered carport that will hold 2 vehicles/boats.
Our house is cozy, clean, and spacious with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths.
The kitchen is well supplied with dishes/cooking supplies.
Enjoy sitting around the firepit and sharing your memories made at beautiful Center Hill Lake and the nearby parks. *********************************************************Whispering Pines is the perfect year-round rental!
Spring: Everything is coming to life after a sleepy winter season. The wildflowers are blooming, trees are budding, the weather is great, and nearby hiking trails are calling!

Summer: Center Hill is always beautiful, and boats and jet skies are taking to the water. We have plenty of level areas for your vehicles and boats. And it doesn’t hurt that we’re located 5 minutes from Hurricane Bridge Recreation Area.

Fall: The trees are turning red, yellow, and orange and the sight is captivating. Our Whispering Pines are green and beautiful and they create the perfect setting as you sit around our firepit. Occasionally you may have guests that roam through the yard…deer and squirrels. Swing in the sunroom and reflect over your day. The nearby trails offer a peaceful opportunity to unplug and get in touch with nature.

Winter: Our home is especially cozy watching the aspen logs blaze in our fireplace. Enjoy the Christmas tree as the lights sparkle and shine. And hopefully we’ll get a blanket or two of snow to enjoy.

Smithville vacation

The house was beautiful, outside and inside ! We felt very comfortable staying there, the owner made us bread as a welcoming. We would love to come back soon & most differently stay there again.

Perfect Last Minute Adventure

We booked within a week of our stay. Teri was super communicative and very accommodating! There was a tasty homemade bread waiting for us! Directions were spot on and we had everything we needed for our short 2 night stay. So much to explore in the area, we wished we could have stayed a whole week!

Home away from home

We rented this home for 10 of us to stay while we attended a wedding at Honky Tonk National golf course. Not only was the house so clean and comfy there was so much room for this kids to run around outside after a 12 hour drive. The hosts not only welcomed us but made us thee most amazing banana bread. We are a military family and really enjoyed the history of the house that is displayed. I would recommended this home to anyone traveling to the area 100%.

Family wedding

Lovely country home. Plenty of room for five children two being infants, and three adults. Everything you need to cook, wash dishes, wash clothes, lovely yard, nice fire pit, couldn’t have asked for a better place. Would recommend it to others and would use it again if I come to this part of Tennessee

Home Away From Home

I wish I could give 10 stars!! Whispering Pines is true to the description! We have stayed at other properties in Smithville over the years and none compare to the feel of home when you walk in the door! The location is convenient to the lake, shopping and just a piece of heaven. We have found out home away from home! Thank you for sharing your family home with our family! Why they chose this property

Actually my Mom and Dad chose this location. This was their beloved home and we have decided to share it rather than sell it.

I grew up in this community. We owned the neighborhood grocery store so the people in this community became family whether they were blood related or not.

We love the neighbors and they are the greatest assets. How wonderful that “Whispering Pines” is located in a great community AND close to Center Hill Lake!

What makes this property unique

We think what makes our property stand out is the feeling inside the house! This house belonged to my parents and it’s always been filled with love. And every “visitor” was welcomed and loved here. We choose to continue that legacy. We truly feel blessed to have each guest who stays here. You are not just a person/persons renting our house for a few days, you are our honored guests. We want you to feel welcomed and at home here!

Our home is cozy, clean, comfortable and in a great location! But our biggest concern is hoping that you feel welcomed and appreciated in our home!
