Cozy, country home surrounded by nature with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a sleeper loveseat to host your next getaway. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, free Wifi and Roku TV's. Barbeque on the deck while enjoying beautiful sunsets or a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. The gas firepit and electric fireplace provide a cozy atmosphere during the fall and winter months. As the home states, you are nestled in a whitetail haven where you will likely see beautiful whitetail deer and their fawns passing through as they call this area home. Just 15 miles from the Ark Encounter, local dining and shopping. We are centrally located between Lexington KY, Louisville KY and Cincinnati OH. We're 49 miles to the Kentucky Horse park, 48 miles to the Creation Museum, and 34 miles to the Cincinnati Zoo.

Mothers Day getaway

My wife and I brought our mothers up to see the ark for mother's day. The house was perfect! Clean and cozy, just like we were at home. Enjoy peace and quiet on the covered deck. We had a great stay and a great host.

Kentucky get away

I remember first entering the house and it smelled so clean as soon as I opened the door. The grandkids had a blast running around the yard and exploring. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

We had a great time staying at this home. Loved visiting The Ark and Creation Museum. The host were great. Got to meet the husband and he invited us to his deer farm. Got to feed marshmallows to some deer. Very clean and comfortable home

Perfect in every way

The house is beautiful, clean and well equipped . The countryside setting is tranquil and quiet. We even had the deer visit one morning. We would definitely come back.

We came down for a wedding and this was the perfect place. The house was absolutely beautiful. The owner was cutting the grass when we got there and he was so nice. It was so nice and peaceful hanging out in the deck. It was a perfect place to spend the weekend.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and stocked with all the necessities. It even had cute fall decor. It is located in a quiet country setting that was very peaceful. We enjoyed daily visits from the deer. It was close to the Ark Encounter, Creation museum and Cincinnati. The owner was quick to answer all messages!

Time in the countryside

The house was clean and nicely decorated. Good communication with hosts. Very peaceful location. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. Outside area in front and back to enjoy.

Overall the stay was nice. There was plenty of shampoo and soap. There was plenty of toilet paper and silverware. We loved the porch and sat out there most of the time. Just beautiful. When we went to bed we noticed several stains on our sheets. They appeared clean but there were brown stains in the pillow case as well as the fitted and top sheets. We couldn’t hang our clothes up because the closet door was locked and there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. The bath towel was in the bedroom under the nightstand along w the washcloth. Maybe you could figure out a way to put them in the bathroom? Like in a tote under the sink since there wasn’t anything under there? Lastly perhaps better directions of how to get in with your door lock. Our friends had to sit outside several minutes just to find out they didn’t open the lock correctly. When I looked there was only directions how to lock and not unlock the door sent.

We loved our stay, very clean and peaceful. Very convenient to travel to The Ark encounter and Dry Ridge for meals or plenty of equipment to make our own meals with shopping at Walmart if we would have choosen to go that route.
