Host was very attentive. The house was awesome. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cups/glasses, pots/pans, silverware, actual sharp knives and a cutting board. The pool was very nice and right across from the unit. There was a Publix and Dollar General near by which was convenient and a variety of local restaurants.

Great place. It’s a great location and convenient to Reynolds if you’re visiting. Kitchen has all the amenities and even had things often left out at others places like sugar, salt and pepper etc.

Lake Hopping

Shoo Fly is the perfect home for a getaway! It is clean, comfortable, very well appointed with decor and all the home essentials you need. We enjoyed our trip to Lake Oconee then left for Lake Lanier to continue our family trip. Thank you Kelly for everything!

Perfect for us

I was in a golf tournament. My friends and family came to support me. This home was the perfect location. The owners were very accommodating to us. We would highly recommend this place. It is right on the water. Excellent restaurants close by. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us

Have never stayed in better - Excellent choice

We travel a lot. The property was the perfect getaway for 3 couples. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. 1/2 bath on the main floor. Decor looks like something out of Coastal Living. Water toys and games are plentiful. Kitchen is complete with all essentials. TV was easy to operate. Location was perfect and right on the lake. We planned to use the grill but had brought enough to eat without grilling out. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded quickly. Plenty of space for a family and a separate play/game space for kids if needed. You do need to be able to navigate stairs either up or down for the bedrooms. However, there is a sleeper sofa in the den on the main floor if necessary but only a 1/2 bath..We are already considering a summer stay with our children and grands.Thanks for a wonderful time with friends of 50 years.
