This was the perfect place to stay for two couples. This was clean, cute & all the amenities you would need. The location was convenient. The TV had all & anything you could want to watch. This was a lovely stay.

The unit was clean. beds were comfortable. While it is walkable to downtown (about 1 mile), we did not have a car so not as convenient to restaurants…as expected. Neighborhood walk to town was nice. Kitchen appeared well supplied, but we did no cooking so hard to say. Check-in was only confusing because we did not know until we landed that there would be no place in the unit to drop our luggage. Would have been good to know options in advance.

Great accommodations

This property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect with easy walking access to downtown. It’s in a locked building so it felt very safe. The host was responsive and eager to assist. Two thumbs up from our group. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment has everything you will need. Well supplied kitchen and bathroom, comfy beds, everything in working order. Had a question & was promptly replied to. Just so you know, TV is only for streaming. Excellent location. I would definitely recommend.

Great, clean home close to downtown

We only stayed one night, but were impressed by the cleanliness and finish of the condo. Walking distance to downtown. Drive to airport was very manageable. Property manager was super responsive and accommodating of reasonable requests. Would recommend.

Anchorage downtown

The place is so well organized and clean. It had all the needed items for toiletries and kitchen. They also had a separate area for washing clothes that was shared by other units but was not an inconvenience to us. It was walking distance from downtown anchorage so we did not need a car to get to and from the rail depot as well as to downtown. The only recommendation will be to put batteries in the Brita filter as was not sure whether the filters were valid or not.
