New apartment on the beach of São Lourenço (km 209 highway Rio Santos), next to the module 8 of Riviera de São Lourenço, all decorated with 2 bedrooms, one suite, living room, bathroom, American kitchen, balcony with barbecue and closing glass, wifi, smartv with netflix released, video game (ps3), air conditioning in all environments and a parking space. In the condominium there is a wide range of leisure with swimming pool, sauna, gym, party rooms and games, mini sports court, barbecue, playroom and playground. Located less than 400 meters from the beach, taking about 5 minutes walk. With beach service (chairs, table and umbrella), you do not need to carry anything ... the condo staff will fix everything ... you just have to enjoy it!

O apartamento é uma graça!!! O condomínio muito seguro e limpeza impecável, a localização nota 10, não tiramos o carro da garagem, praia , mercadinho, padaria , pizzaria , boutique de carne, farmácia, tudo pertinho!! Tudo muito organizado desde a entrada e saída. O Paulo nota 1.000 !!!! Com certeza voltaremos!

Super agradável

Minha família e eu ficamos super satisfeitos e felizes em termos alugado este apartamento, um lugar muito lindo e aconchegante, toda decoração de muito bom gosto e confortável, o condomínio tem uma área de lazer impecável, super completa,em especial a piscina q é sensacional. A praia também é muito boa. Este é aquele tipo de investimento q vale cada centavo graças a Deus!!!

Apartamento confortável. Proprietário muito educado. Praia próxima e excelente, Estrutura do condomínio muito boa, somente precisando melhorar a academia. A única observação a respeito do apartamento, é que poderiam liberar parte do guarda roupas para o quarto de casal. Resumindo, voltaria várias vezes! Eu e toda minha família agradecemos!

Excelente lugar

Passei 7 dias no apartamento e foram excelentes. O apartamento e ótimo, tem tudo que precisa (pra ficar 100% só precisaria de um espaço no armário da suíte, pois o armário só fica trancado). Na cozinha tem tudo que precisa, a varanda com a churrasqueira e ótima! Os quartos excelente, ar condicionado no apartamento todo. O condomínio e ótimo também! Piscinas muito boas, brinquedoteca e parquinho para as crianças. O Paulo, dono do apartamento é super atencioso e prestativo. Sempre tirou minhas dúvidas pelo WhatsApp. Não fica tão perto da praia (460mts) mas vale a pena demais! Tem um mercadinho pequeno quase que ao lado do condomínio, que acha de tudo que precisa! Adoramos e com certeza iremos querer voltar.

Apartamento novo, muito bem cuidado, conforme descrição do proprietário e fotos disponíveis. O condomínio é muito bom, próximo a praia e com a comodidade do serviço de praia. O proprietário é muito prestativo na negociação e eventuais dúvidas. Com certeza alugaria novamente. Passei um final de semana muito agradável com meu filho de 8 meses, esposa e minha mãe.

Foi tudo muito ótimo mas o tempo não ajudou muito. Bom os pedreiros começaram a fazer uma reforma bem do lado da minha varanda e do quarto do meu filho todos os dias estava um barulho na quinta feira último dia começaram a bater as 8:50 da manhã acordou eu meu esposo e meu filho mas foi tudo muito bom recomendo o apartamento tudo limpinho e bem organizado principalmente a decoração do imóvel.

bom dia!!! Estive em Reviera nos dias 08/01/2018 á 14/01/2018, o tempo não ajudou muito, mas foi muito bom. O apartamento é tudo isso que mostra nas fotos, minha família ficou super bem instalada, pertinho da praia, caminhando da uns 5 minutos da praia super segura, ondas transquilas, super recomendo.
