Venho confirmar as avaliações anteriores, as quais foram extremamente importantes e decisivas para passar alguns dias de férias com meus sobrinhos.
Pessoal o apartamento e todo o empreendimento é show de bola, tudo novo, os funcionários da administração são prestativos e amáveis, o local tranquíssimo e lindo!
E o mais confortante, resido em São Paulo e tive o prazer de conhecer o André Stein/ proprietário, pessoa de verdade, ou seja, confiável, por isso, fiquem tranquilos porque estamos em boas mãos.

Excelente apartamento!
O apartamento é lindo e muito bem equipado, um imóvel bem familiar mesmo. O condomínio é tranquilo e fica bem próximo da praia de São Lourenço.
O André, proprietário, sempre foi muito solícito, respondendo meus emails e whatsapp quase que instantaneamente. Assinamos um contrato de locação, a transação toda foi muito correta.
Adoramos, recomendamos e pretendemos voltar, com certeza!

Novo, aconchegante e moderno
Meu período de permanência no imóvel foi maravilhoso. O apartamento é novo, bem decorado e completo.
O condomínio possuí uma ótima área de lazer.
A praia é deliciosa e o serviço de praia bastante prático.
O proprietário é muito acessível e atencioso.
