Building Requirements:

1. A copy of a valid driver’s license or government issued ID is required for all guests.
2. The building requires a background check for all guests. This is completed through the building’s system and requires basic identifying information, including SSN. For privacy and security, this can be completed over the phone.
3. All guests must complete our rental form immediately after booking to prevent any delays or disruptions with your stay.
