Direct BeachFront Views in Central Location Between South Beach and North Beach

This 16th floor unit is a comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condominium located on the portion of Miami Beach referred to as 'Mid-Beach'. The building is centrally located between North Beach and South Beach making it a perfect location for those desiring a less crowded beach yet close enough for shopping and night life.


The spacious master suite is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen television, and full bath. Guest bedroom is furnished with a full (double) bed . A queen-sized Frontgate EZ Constant Comfort Inflatable bed is available for use in the living area for parties greater than 3 persons. Direct ocean views can be enjoyed from the private deck, master bedroom and living/dining area.

The condo is fully equipped with all of the conveniences of home and has sleeping accommodations for up to four people. All linens are provided. A coin operated laundry is available on each floor of the building.

There is a well-equipped fitness center located on the main level that is available for guest use as well as a grassy outdoor picnic area for your enjoyment. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella are supplied in the unit. Lounge chairs are also available at the beach access for those who may not wish to tote chairs to the beach. Lounge chairs are only available until 8 p.m. (subject to change per building management).

Complimentary, on-site valet parking is available for one vehicle only.

The building has direct access to the beach. This location is located within a seven-ten minute drive to the convention center, South Beach, and Lincoln Rd. Public transportation is also available for those without vehicles. Several of the nearby hotels offer dining options and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from that offer dine-in, carryout, or delivery options. The nearest Publix Supermarket is 1.1 miles (4 minutes by car/ 24 minutes walking) away.

The location is close enough to everything. This portion of the beach is more peaceful in my opinion, more peaceful than south beach. Condo was clean and well equipped. The view from the room is beautiful. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Instacart is available for groceries.

Perfect Beach Location to See It All

I enjoyed my stay at this property. We usually stay in south beach, but wanted a new experience. This area of the beach is much quieter. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, clean and comfortable. The owners were easy to communicate with and a great help. I’ve already booked our next stay. The high story view is spectacular.

Amazing view!

We had a great week staying here. There is renovation work going on in the corridors, but the apartment itself was lovely and very well equipped. Some of the fixtures and fittings are a little worn, but everything was really clean and we felt very comfortable. The view cannot be beaten and I loved hearing the sound of the ocean. The pool area is lovely and there is direct access to the beach with plenty of sun loungers available. The owners were excellent before and during our stay.

The view and condo was absolutely amazing. The condo has very strict rules when it comes to doing anything. The staff is very friendly. We had an issue one morning we woke up to security and maintenance in the kitchen because the room below us had water leaking from the ceiling. We had no water on the floor in our bathroom. The condo and beach area is very family oriented.

Worth It

Building is old, built in 1968, so has wear. However, the ocean view from the unit is amazing! And it was so great to be right on the beach, and that the building has chairs for use there. Free valet parking was a major plus. Hopefully, the building relaxes the mask policy and their restrictions on # of people in gym soon. I would definitely book this place again.

Awesome property and location!

My wife and I stayed at this property for two weeks in January and we couldn’t be more pleased. Great location and great views. There was a small glitch with the wi-fi when we first arrived, but Chris the owner took immediate action and made sure it was resolved immediately. Great customer service! The condo has everything you need to make you feel right at home. It was quiet, clean and the people around the complex were all very welcoming! We have stayed in over 10 different hotels and VBRO’s in Miami over the years, and this one was the best by far! We will be returning next year for sure! It was a wonderful stay! Thank you, Joe

Wonderful View

The condo was located on the 16th floor with a wonderful view of the Atlantic and mid-Miami beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for basic cooking. The master shower was not very nice though...clogged drain and old style converted tub. The hall stand alone shower however was very nice and drained well. The check in process was difficult...couldn't reach the property representative to let us in...was frustrating for an hour or so....but then we got in. The last day of our trip the air conditioning was shut off for repairs and it got really hot in our unit. So all in all, very nice location, terrific view, really nice walking path access to Miami beach.

We stayed here in early April. The condo was clean and beautiful! Loved being right on the beach. The sunrises were spectacular!! We took advantage of the free trolley and rode it to South Beach. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Clean condo in an excellent location

I had a great experience and would love to return again. The condo was clean and well stocked. Plenty of sheets, towels, and beach towels. The kitchen had fairly good pots and pans, a nice set of dishes, and just about everything you could need for cooking. The beds were very comfortable. And the best part is the view! Beautiful view of the ocean! On mild nights, I slept with the windows open and listened to the ocean all night. The condo building was very nice. The lobby is renovated, and they are working on the rest of the building. The pool was closed when I visited, but it didn't bother me. There is excellent security throughout the building. I always felt safe. The beach has an attendant who provides free lounge chairs for guests to use. Valet staff was also very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is great too - mostly condos, but some wonderful restaurants too, including Cafe Bernie right across the street. There is little to no cell reception in the condo, but it was easy to connect to their internet and use wi-fi calling. Internet worked great for the entire visit. The owners were very helpful and responsive. I look forward to coming back!

Beautiful beach views!

Overall the condo is located right on Miami Beach and the promenade, with beautiful views. The building itself could use some updates, but the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for repair. There are some restaurants close by, but you will most likely need a car for groceries, altho mass transit is right outside. Overall, the condo is spacious, however, the second bedroom is very small, more accommodating for one person or a child. We did not use the blow-up mattress. The condo itself is clean but slightly worn. Some items should just be discarded/replaced and shades definitely should be replaced, especially, if folks use the mattress in the living room. Again, the location is wonderful for folks who enjoy the beach or enjoy walking and exploring.

Nice unit excellent location!

This unit is in a nice area of mid-beach. Valet parking is required but comes with the reservation. The building is secure and the security staff friendly. The unit is ocean front and has a large balcony and big windows in the living room and master bedroom. The guest bath, guest bedroom, and kitchen have been remodeled. The unit is stocked with lots of things like coffee maker, blender, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. The master bathroom is dated but functional. The beach is great and only steps away. The owners and manager were easy to contact and always answered any questions. Check in was easy and I would recommend this unit to anyone seeking a quiet, clean condo. Can't wait to go back!

Family of 4 in Miami

The apartment was ideal for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers). Right on the quieter Mid Beach but close enough to the main areas. Plenty of Ubers available and a 15 min drive or free Trolley Bus ride gets you to South Beach. Shops are a 2 minute drive away if you need supplies. View from the apartment is amazing. We had a car and were taken care of by the valet service. All the staff in the building were very friendly. Chris was a great host from start to end, answering emails promptly and providing us with recommendations on places to go. Had a great time. Highly recommend if you are looking for something a bit quieter but close enough to the action.

We are part-time snowbirds from Maine who have been vacationing in Miami for the past ten years. We decided to purchase another rental unit both as an investment and for our family's use. We enjoy the exploring all around South Florida and use Miami as our base.

Why they chose this property

Great investment opportunity. The views are really spectacular and the location is ideal. It is close enough to South Beach for easy access to explore but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. We enjoy being able to take a long walk down the beach and e able to stop and enjoy all the great restaurants in the 6000 Block. There's a large park and play ground a short walk down the beach that our kids enjoy meeting other kids for a little fun.

What makes this property unique

The views at this location are wonderful and the beach never seems to be crowded. It is a very relaxed portion of the beach.
