Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the property did not meet your personal expectations. Throughout your stay, we responded immediately to your numerous requests and made every effort to provide the additional items and extras you asked for. We take great pride in our home and in providing a comfortable, clean, and well-equipped stay for our guests, which is reflected in the many positive reviews we have received. Some of the concerns mentioned here, including the number of TVs, dining setup, and other amenities, are accurately represented in our listing and photos. We appreciate all constructive feedback and continually look for ways to improve. At the same time, it seemed that despite our repeated efforts to accommodate additional requests during this stay, the property was simply not the right fit for this guest’s expectations. We encourage future guests to review the listing details and photos carefully to make sure the home is a good match for their needs before booking.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our beautiful home and appreciated the thoughtful furnishings. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the bathroom’s lack of an exhaust fan and will look into it. Regarding the gate's exit sensor, it is designed to be sensitive to the distance of the car. Pulling closer to the gate should allow it to open automatically. We would love to welcome you back for another stay in the future!
