Just had a 6 day / 5 night stay for a 4 person girls trip. This charming bungalow exceeded all of our expectations! Plenty of room for everyone close to town, beach, shops, and easy access to the highway. If you’re looking for a place book this one you won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute, comfortable little cottage. Everything was cozy, clean, and inviting, The only minor issue was that the refrigerator was quite loud, but otherwise everything was fantastic. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Thank you for a great visit!

We enjoyed our stay at this well located bungalow in Coeur d’Alene! Beautiful neighbourhood and easy walking distance to the lake and midtown. The home was spacious and we enjoyed the sun porch and fire pit!

This property is in a very nice neighborhood, and convenient to many stores and restaurants in the area. For the most part it is a quiet area until people start going to work in the morning. I was there with my daughter while she was receiving treatment at a local clinic and it was a good location to where the clinic was located. The beds were comfortable and for the most part the house was clean. I did notice that the appliances were not, and looked like there had been no attempt to clean the grease and food residue from the dishwasher, microwave and stove. There was loud knocking noises from the basement area that sounded like racoons had taken over down there and were having a party. The basement door was locked, but I looked around and determined that there was no hot water heater on the main floor so figured it must be in the basement and that was the noise we were hearing. Quite alarming if you don't figure out that piece. My review is based on the fact I have a guest house on my property that I previously rented out in a similar fashion as vrbo, and cleanliness and maintenance was always a priority. Overall, a comfortable place to stay in a nice area.

Hi Dana, Thank you for review. We aim to have the house sparkling clean. I will take a look at the appliances myself and make sure they are cleaned properly. I have not had any complaints about a sound in the basement from any previous guests. I am not sure what that could be, I appreciate you bring it to my attention. Perhaps the water heat is going out. Again we strive to have the house be a clean and restful environment for guests so your remarks will be taken seriously.

Cutest little house. I'd retire there. The instructions for checkin were easy. Adorable, historic neighborhood. Minutes from downtown and beach. We rented jet skis from Lakeside Rentals (really like those guys). The home has everything we needed, including a bike, which I used to ride around with my girls and to the park down the street. We'll stay again if we return.

I love this darling home! It was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect too. My son was here for a medical treatment and was not feeling well at all. He rested nicely in his room and the room darkening shades made a big difference. We will rent this again in a heartbeat.(PS-one of the most reputable Lyme Disease doctor in the world is right here in town!!)

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Being so close to everything including the beaches was also a huge bonus. My husband and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary and our honeymoon, it was just fantastic!!
