Originally booked a stay at this property over a month in advance. Less than 24 hours before our arrival time, we were told the property wasn't available and an alternative was provided (without full details or pictures of property, just an address). This caused unnecessary stress, but to their credit, the alternative property was very nice, clean, spacious, and in a similar location to the original property (close to shops and restaurants). The check-in process was very smooth as a staff member met us outside the property at our late check-in time. Overall, the stay was still enjoyable but the late change was unprofessional and caused stress.
