Emplacement parfait

À deux pas du centre ville,cet appartement est très bien situé !il y a une belle terrasse à l étage de cette petite maison avec un salon en osier un parasol et un sèche linge,par contre il n' y a pas salon dans l appartement,juste une petite salle à manger , malgré tout on s y sent très bien! très bon rapport qualité prix !

Great base in Funchal for exploring the island.

A very clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped little house with a sunny terrace. It's In a good, fairly central location, near the Santa Caterina gardens, with bus stops very close by. Hostess Rosa was warmly welcoming - and she very kindly taxied us to and from the airport

Alles gut, super Lage

Ein toller Aufenthalt in Funchal. Die Wohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben. Rosa ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Ihr Shuttle-Service von und zum Flughafen ist echt klasse.Die Lage ist so gut, dass man in Funchal und Umgebung alles zu Fuß machen kann.Die einzigen Abstriche müssen wir aufgrund der sehr kommunikativen Hunde in der Nachbarschaft machen. Nach einiger Zeit gewöhnt man sich aber daran.

Lugar limpio y económico! Igual que en las fotos. Perfecto para moverse por la isla. Pese a tener ventiladores en las dos habitaciones, pasamos mucho calor.

Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Etwas kleine Zimmer, aber uns hat es gereicht. Gute Lage, nur 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Altstadt, zur Marina und zum Plaza Shoppingcenter. In der näheren Umgebung mehrere Restaurants und Cafés. Für Paare oder Familien mit 1-2 kleinen Kindern durchaus zu empfehlen.

Zentrale FeWo

Die FeWo war sauber, alles gut vorbereitet und was man für paar Tage benötigt. Vieles von da erlaufbar oder in 2 Minuten die nächsten Busverbindungen. Rosa war sehr hifsbereit, holte uns vom Flughafen ab und brachte uns auch Ventilatoren vorbei. Empfehlenswert!

Volvería, todo genial

Muy contentos con la casa y Rosa una persona muy amable, se ofreció a llevarnos en coche a la casa desde el aeropuerto totalmente gratis. La casa muy limpia y todo en orden, además céntrica y no se tarda nada en llegar a los servicios de los alrededores, para unas vacaciones es perfecto.

This is a central location, walking distance to lido beach and the main town area. The apartment was spotless, really clean. Only downfall is there is no air conditioning in the apartment.

Decouvert de madere

L'accueil de Mme Rosa jardim superbe,laproprete de son logement, emplacement 5 étoiles, il ya tout ce qu'il faut autour,d'ailleurs ont prévois d'y retourner l'année prochaine, pour un plus long sejour.Et cerises sur le gâteaux elle vient nous chercher à l'aéroport et nous ramène gracieusement. Je conseille cette apartements a tout ceux qui vont visiter funchal c'est le départ ideale pour toute excursions.

Entspannt

Wir waren zum Wandern auf Madeira und nutzen die Wohnung hauptsächlich zum Frühstücken und Schlafen. Dafür war Sie völlig ausreichend. Liegt super zentral zum Zentrum und alles leicht zu Fuß/Bus erreichbar. Rosa ist eine sehr nette uns zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze sind schwer zu finden. Ca 200 m weiter sind öffentliche kostenpflichtige (50 ct / Std) Parkplätze. Wenn wir wieder nach Madeira fliegen, werden wir wieder dieses Apartment buchen.

Appartement très propre, confortable. Propriétaire disponible, réactive et sympathique. Le logement est vraiment très bien placé, proche du port et de toutes commodités. Malheureusement, les chiens avoisinants rompent le calme de l'endroit.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen (ruhig und nahe beim Zentrum) und verfügt über das Wesentliche. Der Ess-/Wohnbereich im Haus ist sehr klein (nur ein kleiner Tisch), aber die Terrasse draussen ist hübsch. Besonders geschätzt haben wir den gratis Abholservice vom Flughafen.

Fantastic location

Great apartment in a fantastic location, close to both Funchal centre and the marina. Rosa was a great host and provided a free transfer to and from the airport which we really appreciated. The apartment is bigger than anticipated, was spotless and had everything we needed. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Perfect location in Funchal!!!

Excellent contact with Rosa. A very kind and helpful woman who picked up our family from the airport and drove us to it when we were returning home - thank you again. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchen. Gute und moderne Ausstattung, sehr sauber und ausreichend Platz. Highlight ist jedoch die Dachterrasse.

We really enjoyed our stay

Firstly, Rosa is a great host, very helpful and polite. We didnt have any trouble at all, she even provided us with a free airport transfer. Its the first time I see a host do that, so we appreciate it very much. Secondly, the apartment itself is really nice, clean and cozy, it has everything you need. The beds are big and comfortable, the terrace was a great bonus. The location is perfect, close to the sea cost and the city center. The dogs in the neighborhood are pretty annoying, but bringing good earplugs should solve the problem. I can totally recommend a stay here.
