Stone Harbor Bay Club: Pool, 3 bedrms, 2 baths, sleeps 6 & two blocks to beach
This bay front townhouse has remarkable water views from all floors. Walk to dining, recreation fields, the municipal pier, restaurants and Bud’s Market. There is covered parking for one car at the unit. The first floor has a kitchen and great room with dining/living area with a flat screen TV. There is access from the sliding door to your personal deck, which has gated access to the pool pathway. The second floor has a twin bedroom with a flat screen TV, a hall bathroom with tub/shower and a laundry closet with full size washer & dryer. The den is bay side with more great views, flat screen TV/DVD player. The third floor has two bedrooms, 1 Queen & 1 King, both with flat screen tvs and a shared bath with walk-in shower. The master is bay side with a small private deck to enjoy the view. The pool closes the day after Labor Day. There is a Stone Harbor Bay Club Rules & Regulations, which must be signed along with the Lease.
