This renovated bayfront one bedroom condo is the perfect place to enjoy 180 degree sunset views, and all that Stone Harbor's quaint downtown area has to offer. A quiet setting but just steps away from shopping, restaurants, bars, the Reeds Hotel and the beach. All you need is a swimsuit and some sunblock you're set. There is a back patio which overlooks the bay and Stone Harbor bridge, as well as a dock for fishing. Mesmerizing sunsets! The condo is furnished with 3 beds (1 queen bed, 1 double bed + 1 twin bunk), a bathroom with Shower & bathtub, kitchen and living room with sofa. Wifi enabled, central air and heat (but you won't need it with the breeze). There is designated parking for your vehicle. It is a quiet little community, perfect for relaxing. There is also an outdoor shower, for rinsing off after the beach or bay. Your stress free vacation awaits...

Bayside getaway

Clean, updated place in a great location (a couple blocks from the main shopping area). Love sitting on the balcony and looking out at the bay. Most places we’ve stayed over the years I end up having to fix something that is not working. Everything in this place (especially kitchen and bathroom) was working how it should. You barely notice noise from other condos in the building and the bedroom and living area are also nicely separated so that someone watching tv in the living area won’t be heard in the bedroom. Owners were responsive and easy to deal with. A great place to stay.

Great Stone Harbor Location

The condo is well located and it is a close walk to shops, restaurants and even for a walk on the beach. It was clean and efficiently set up and it's great to have a balcony overlooking the water as well as a deck below which can also be used for relaxing by the water. It is on a side street in a nice neighborhood and parking is easy. We were very happy to be in Stone Harbor!

Great location and fantastic customer service by owners

As a fellow VRBO owner the MOST important aspect of condo renting is the communication you have with the owners and the ease of the transaction. I have to give the owners very high marks in this category. The location of the condo is very nice and you can leave your car and walk everywhere in town. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well apportioned if you want to cook a meal or two. The view from the balcony was lovely. We had a couple of questions for the owners and called when we arrived in town and they responded immediately. Parking is for one car and is on site.

Great -fun location

This location and unit is just perfect! Keep your car in the carport, and walk to Fred's Diner, or to all of the beautiful Main Street's shops! Or jump in the car and drive over the bridge and there you are at the famous, LOBSTER HOUSE. (minutes away) One of the things we truly enjoyed was the view off of the patio. The drawbridge, and the bay provide a beautiful backdrop! Also, as a renter you can drop a fishing hook in the bay at any time. The beach is a bike ride away-very accessible! The kitchen provides you with everything you need to cook with--if cooking is what you like to do on vacation!
