Beautiful quiet location. Largest pool and hot tub by clubhouse.
Ping Pong - shuffle board - workout room. 1.5 mile streets for walking - biking - running. 2 fish and release ponds. Storage building at back of unit has washer/dryer, beach supplies, 2 bikes. All linens provided. Option to do own cleaning at end of stay to avoid cleaning fee. Easy access to beach. Winn Dixie and Publix with 1 mile of unit. Lots of eating establishments within 1 mile. Rents for 1/2 what comparable units rent for on beach. Safe your money and spent on other stuff for a really grea! vacation.

Perfect for a beach getaway!

Well equipped home with everything you need for a beach getaway! Super close to Capt. Anderson’s Marina and St. Andrews State Park, as well as other beach locations.

Vacationed at Emerald Point. Fell in love with how neat/pretty/quiet the location was. Bought place for self; decided to rent out when not there. The unit is decorated so that no evidence of owner living there. It is your place when there.
