The house was amazing and communicating with Katie was a breeze. The house is decorated beautifully and is very well-appointed. My family and I loved relaxing and having a great space to share with one another. We toured some other open houses while we were there and this was, easily, the most attractive house we saw. It is great for a girls trip, couple's trip, or family trip. There is a fair amount of construction going on around the house and the property more generally. Also, if you are looking to experience some of the perks of the community, you might want to check the schedule before you book. We were there for six nights and the pop-up shops weren't open at all and the food trucks/local shop were only open for about 2 hours before we checked out. The pizza place was opening later in the day we checked out but hadn't been open at all when we were there. This is unrelated to the fantastic quality of the house and the host but might be important for some types of trips.

Great place in Carlton Landing

We stayed here during our summer trip to Carlton Landing. The home is big and spacious with plenty of room for friends and family. The hosts were great and answered all of our questions promptly. The location is perfect and the 2 golf carts were are great perk. We love CL and will definitely stay here again.

Great Home and Property

We met our family here for Thanksgiving. The home was very welcoming, clean, comfortable and well designed. Had all the proper amenities including small items you do not normally see at vacation rentals. We enjoyed the fire pit outside while the kids played throughout the greenway area. Would absolutely return.
