Our apartment embraces this with a handmade flower wall featuring a glowing pink 'Wonderland' neon sign, reminiscent of the Queen of Hearts' garden. Just a hop, skip, and a jump (or a half-mile walk, to be precise) from Boone Hospital, our location is perfect for healthcare professionals or those visiting loved ones. University Hospital is also conveniently close, just 1.6 miles away - a pleasant stroll or a quick drive.

As you step out of our whimsical abode, you'll find yourself immersed in the charm and vibrancy of Columbia. Wander down friendly streets, and you'll feel the city's heartbeat, buzzing with the excitement of university life and the warmth of Midwestern hospitality.

Our Alice in Wonderland-themed apartment is not just a place to stay; it's a gateway to explore and experience the best of Columbia. Whether you're here for healthcare, university events, or simply to enjoy the local culture, our location offers the perfect blend of convenience and charm.
No smoking cigs inside!!! Cigarettes must be smoked outside and cigarette trash disposed of. If cigarette butts or trash are found outside by cleaner, a $50 fine will be charged to your account. Cigarette smoking inside will result in a $500 fine. Pick up after pets or minimum $50 additional charge.

Parking is important. As this is a duplex, make sure you park in the driveway in the spots parallel to the sidewalk - 2 cars should be able to fit here! The tenant to the other unit in the duplex parks to the right of the door that is in the driveway. Just send a message if you have questions!

Pets must be approved. Pet fee is $75/pet to allow for extra cleaning time. Pets must be kennel trained. Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of. If pet waste is not picked up, a $100 fee will be charged to your account.
