The space
The property is made up of a single floor, a three-car garage, and a semi-private backyard with a covered patio.
The first floor has a formal dining area, kitchen with island seating, living room with a large, mounted TV and built-in fireplace, two full bathrooms, three bedrooms, large walk-in closets, a laundry room (accessible to guests), a pantry (not accessible to guests), and a mudroom area near the front door. The bathroom attached to the main bedroom has two vanities, whereas the bathroom closest to the two secondary bedrooms only has one vanity. There is a two-car garage that can be accessed from the kitchen and can be used by guests if desired. There is also a connection to the back-covered patio from the kitchen.
The home has three fully furnished bedrooms with king beds (sleeps six) and a foldable full-size mattress (sleeps two) in the main bedroom closet.
The covered patio in the backyard has seating for four, a gas grill, and a wood fire pit.
Fiber internet is provided throughout the property as well as filtered and softened water.
There is enough space to park two cars in the garage and two more cars in the driveway. Free street parking is also available if needed. Parking in the garage and driveway is preferred.
Guest access
All parts of the property are accessible to guests, excluding the kitchen pantry. Primary access to get into the property is provided by a digital front door lock which has unique access codes for each guest to ensure safety.
Other things to note
No pets allowed, no exceptions. No smoking inside the property. This applies to both tobacco and marijuana. Smoking outside the property is not a problem as long as the cigarette butts are disposed of in the trash properly before leaving the property. Groups larger than 8 are not allowed due to space constraints.
