We have extensive experience and are happy working with long-term housing companies like ALE, for emergency/disaster housing.

Exclusive Sugar House Area. Three Bedrooms, 2 Bath One Full One 3/, Kitchen and Living Room. 5min walk to Sugar House Park. Easy access to I-80 30 min from ski resorts: Park City, The Canyons, Deer Valley, Alta, Snow Bird, Solitude, and Brighton. Pets ok with prior approval.

The house has hardwood floors in the living room and bedrooms. There is another bedroom and bathroom in the basement. The kitchen has been updated has a new stove with a tile floor and granite counter tops. The house has a large fully fenced back yard. Plenty of storage with a 2 Car Garage! Off street parking for up to three cars. There is a fully covered and furnished deck in the backyard. It is a 1940`s home in the heart of the exclusive Sugar House area.

We take guest privacy very seriously and aim to please. We will let you decide how much you would like to interact with us.

Convenient Location

We stayed for 5 weeks in the Sugarhouse area house. Perfect for family extended stays, comfortably decorated and Google Fiber internet which made working remotely simple. Around the corner from Sugarhouse Park and close to highways and restaurants.

Perfect for Dogs

This place is a great little house with a full kitchen, little garage and fully fenced backyard. Owner is very easy to get ahold of and deal with.

Sweet stay on a quiet, shady street

This is a lovely property in one of Salt Lake's best neighborhoods. There is a great park and lots of restaurants and entertainment near by. The house is cozy, clean, and well furnished; it easily feels like home. Philip and Hannah are responsive and friendly - all your needs will be attended to while staying here! This really is the perfect place for a stay in Salt Lake City.

I always try to find better ways to accommodate when I go to a new place and I definitely try to focus on value and quality all the time. I appreciate the fact that both Phillip and Hannah were very friendly and I did get a very good experience while staying here. The rooms are large and they are fully equipped with everything you need. I particularly like the fact that there are 2 bathrooms here, this makes the apartment a pleasure to visit and accommodating here is a delight. You have lots of cool leisure activities in the area. This is why I found this place to be a great accommodation option. You get to have fun and enjoy lots of cool activities in this area. The interior is colorful and it gives you a sense of fun and vacation as soon as you walk in. Since I have a dog, I liked the fact that this property actually allows pets. Not a lot of them do, so it’s nice to see something like this. I particularly appreciate the fact that the property is large, you can accommodate a lot of people and honestly, at around $126 per night, you end up paying a very small amount per person here. Plus, the location is great and I found it easy to reach all types of points of interests in the region. I am very happy with the way things pan out in the end and honestly I would come here again and again. Philip was very friendly to me and I am very happy with the way he addressed my order. I appreciate the experience delivered and I already recommended this to others! Thank you for a great experience, I appreciate it!

Great location!

I stayed here much longer than I expected. Philip was amazing! He made sure my needs were met. He even asked me if I needed the place before booking another guest. I highly recommend!

I would just like to say that Phillip and Hannah were were the BEST! From the very beginning of my inquiry, Phillip was quick to respond. Then some of my guests decided not to stay with me :( and he worked with me to resolve the problem. On the night of my arrival, because of my plane being delayed, they offered to come get me at the airport. I had to call them once about the porch light and he was right there even though it was late at night. I was very pleased with my stay. Thanks Phillip and Hannah!!
