We booked this stay after a last minute cancellation and it was perfect for our group! It was close to the expo center so it was awesome! The parking situation was a little iffy, there were two nights we had to park at the church nearby since all the spots were full, but it wasn’t horrible.
Proceed with caution when walking down towards the house, the gravel walkway was a little slippery due to the rain, but the owner did warn us about it!!
I would book again.
Pros - Joanne was fantastic about replying to our questions, the place was attractive and eclectic, location was 10 minute drive from Villanova, lots of high end finishes in house. We enjoyed relaxing and eating together in this cool space.Cons - the road noise is loud even with the fan we brought, the kitchen is very attractive but the sink and oven are on top of each other and there is little counter space to work so I'd recommend not planning to do any extensive cooking. If you have mobility issues, this place isn't for you due to the walk down grass/gravel hill to front door and winding staircases in home. Bathroom is on 2nd floor.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would give it a 8.5 out of 10.Ideas for owner to enhance stay - Larger coffee pot, move microwave to a small table instead of on top of frig, provide fans for white noise.
Great stay, place a little small but for just the two of us it was perfect, I used the kitchen a lot and everything was good, host was communicating consistently. Location was good nice neighborhood but could be noisy
The house was cute and comfortable. Joanne was easy to contact and responded quickly. Location was great for Philly and Valley Forge.

Decent but not great
Owner gave great instructions before arrival and was very responsive to messages.Downstairs bedroom had the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on (could barely walk the next day due to back pain)The upstairs is extremely hot, so to even attempt to keep it at a cool temp the downstairs had to be freezing. The walls are very thin so you hear everything. The road is busy and there is a man hole cover that every car that drives by hits and will keep you awake at night. All the doors or glass including the bathroom, so if you are fully comfortable with the other guests this can be awkwardThe location is nice there is an easy commute to oaks, or Philly, plus has a nice area within a mile with some good food and bars.
Great house - redone very nicely. Great communication with host. Stayed for my son’s graduation from Villanova. Close to all. Small downside it’s in a busy road and you have to park in the back and walk around. It was perfect for what we needed
