Spacious bedroom in Gladwyne close to main line colleges, center city and more

Great size bedroom with reading nook, couch to watch TV, microwave, mini fridge and coffee set up. Room overlooks a koi pond and the house is set in a peaceful small private lane over Mill Creek. Note that we have a 17 lb Corgipoo named Dior who is protective of the house. She makes a lot of noise but only wants a belly rub! Please let us know if you don’t want to meet her during your stay. Enjoy!

My husband and I appreciated finding a place nearby our family and tucked away in beautiful woods. Carolyn and Bruce were very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Highly recommend this gem of a place!

I really enjoyed my time at Carolyn's property. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. There were many thoughtful extras--super comfortable bed, dishes, comfortable sofa, large closet, snacks, large TV, good internet and a very nice bathroom next to the room. It was a wonderful place to come home to after a busy day out and about.

I really cannot say how grateful I was to the hosts. They were able to accommodate a sleep-deprived person just off a red-eye flight. The hosts were approachable and wonderful to talk to, but also gave me plenty of space. Thank you again!

The host was super friendly, welcoming, accommodating and had great recommendations! The property was beautiful, well taken care of and in a nice neighborhood. We were only there for a brief stay to see a show at the Ardmore Music Hall (which was only about 6 min by car), but I would definitely stay here again.

Very peaceful and quiet, leafy retreat in the gorgeous Ardmore area! This home is a very special place to land. Very tidy, safe and private, in a gorgeous tree-filled neighborhood. Lovely respite

The hosts are gracious and friendly, the property immaculate. Nestled in the woods and hills of Gladwyne, this is a perfect spot for a quiet stay near the bustle of Philadelphia. I especially appreciated the quick responses from my host.

Greatest Family to Stay With

You will be so glad if you get to stay with this family. They are just lovely, kind-hearted people and their home is immaculate and beautifully decorated and appointed. They also have the softest bed to sleep in. I hope I’ll get to stay with them again!

I appreciated how kind and welcoming of an experience this was even though it was only afternoon and overnight. Very well maintained home inside and outside, the bed and couch were comfortable, and don't forget to add an entry to the guestbook they have! I love the forest seclusion of this location while also being fairly close to things you can go to or order from. Would do this again!

My trip had nothing to do with national parks. I’m not even sure why I was part of the question there.This property met absolutely all of my criteria, particularly location and price.
