Fully furnished for 30+ day rental. Spacious 2bed/2 full bath + office in apartment on tree lined street. Includes utilities, WI-FI and 2 Smart TVs. This 2nd floor unit is renovated- neutral & bright. Lots of storage. New luxury plank vinyl flooring and paint throughout, New granite tops in kitchen, stainless appliances, & light fixtures. Fully equipped kitchen w/small appliances, all cookware, serving etc. including some cleaning supplies. Completely new bathrooms including tub/wall surround, shower, mirror, raised vanity, comfort height toilets, lights. The hall bath has double wide closet for storage. Both bedrooms have double closets-the primary bedroom has en-suite bath. The office is a great work space.PRIVATE, locked storage room with washer/dryer. no pets- no smoking.
