Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip sheets (not the protectors). Strip quilts/comforter if dirty.
Clean all dishes. Put dishes in the dishwasher and start load, or leave the cleaned dishes on the drying rack.
Log off any personal accounts on Roku streaming app.
Take out trash, and place in appropriate bin.
Turn off lights.
Make sure doors are shut and locked.
Notify host of your departure.
Check under beds for any of your belongings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
