We are 8 blocks to beach and Malecon, quiet neighborhood with cafes, restaurants, taco stands close by. 2 blocks to the market. One block to the river. The building has 14 condos, studios, efficiency, 1 & 2 bedrooms, all condos have mini splits, dishes, pans, coffee maker, blender, high speed internet . Dog friendly under 25 pounds. Maid service once a week. Pantene pro shampoo and conditioner plus Nivea body wash supplied in all rooms. 100% cotton towels for your comfort. Some condos have desk to work at away from home.
