This beautiful lake house has just finished a full remodel and redesign in 2024 to be the perfect vacation rental.

Enjoy the year-round hot tub right next to the lake! Sit around the covered fire pit when it's rainy or enjoy s'mores around the lakeside fire pit. And in the morning, enjoy some Mickey Mouse chocolate chip waffles!

NOTE: the owners are a nice retired couple who live in the basement unit with a separate entrance. The yard is a shared space. They love guests and are here to help!

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The property owners live in the basement unit of this property. They are are a very nice retired couple and made the lake house available so others families can have amazing experiences at the lake. Their basement unit has fully separate access and two-way locks between the upstairs and downstairs.

The yard is a shared space, so you may see the owners gardening and maintaining the property. They love guests and are happy to help if you need anything or want to learn more about the area! However, they will respect your need for privacy to enjoy the outdoor amenities.

RULES
- Must be at least 25 years old to book.
- You will receive a digital rental agreement after you book. The renter must sign this in order to get access to the home.
- The maximum occupancy of 8 includes visitors and is strictly enforced.
- 3 stairs required to access the home.
- There is plenty of driveway parking available, including space for a boat trailer, but know there is a fairly narrow 100 foot driveway leading to the home.
- Fireworks are prohibited on the property. The use of fireworks of any kind will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- This is a residential neighborhood with strict quiet rules. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. If the police are called for any reason, including a noise complaint, it will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- This property runs on a septic system, thus it is critical no items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet.
- There is a doorbell camera on the front of the house for the security of the home.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake house and couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for relaxing, and the views of the lake were stunning—especially at sunrise and sunset.The host was excellent—clear communication, easy check-in, and very responsive. You can tell a lot of care goes into this property, and it really shows.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable escape.

Everything was wonderful. The place was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fireplaces. Jason the host was perfect. He gave us plenty of space and yet totally available if needed. Offering suggestions about what to do and even gave us a boat ride around the lake. The view is outstanding! We were blown away by the amazing views from this lake-side property. The home itself is even better than advertised, which is always wonderful to find. The kitchen was amazing - wish we had the chance to dine in more and take advantage of all it had to offer. Our grandkids loved the bunk room with the toy closet, and my husband and I loved the super luxurious primary bathroom. We also really enjoyed getting to know the owners who live in the downstairs unit. Jason went above and beyond to welcome and accommodate our group and to share his detailed knowledge of the history of the Lake Sawyer area. We look forward to staying again! And again!

Beautiful home and great hosts!

The home was very spacious and great for hosting group. Everything was well taken care and modern. Jason, the owner of the home, was very warm in welcoming us, and he even built us a campfire! We loved the hot tub too. We would greatly recommend this home!

This stay was amazing! The location was great only 40 minutes from airport and 8 minutes from all stores! Amazing house, loved the bedding, and all new renovated house. Owner lives in basement and he was nice as well as super accommodating and helpful with all his outdoor activities. Didn’t rush you on check in times or check out rules.

Lake Sawyer Rental for Family

Our stay at this lakefront home was absolutely amazing. The house and property were perfect for our family of 5. The house was very clean and welcoming, just as shown in the pictures. The lake area was fantastic for kayaking, paddle boarding, and enjoying the beautiful view. Jason and Jeanette were very friendly and helpful in us getting to know and enjoy the area. We enjoyed our stay so much that we would love another trip and stay in their home in the future. Thank you for making our stay and time in the Seattle area so special and memorable!!

The pictures do not provide an accurate description of this property. It is so peaceful, clean, close to everything but far enough to enjoy quiet. I only wish I had more time there. The owners have put much thought and care into all the details. High quality kitchen appliances, utensils, coffee maker, etc. Beds are comfy. Furniture is clean, comfortable. Master bedroom/bathroom is quite lovely with the private deck.The property is great. Jason and Jeanette are kind and have worked hard to provide a great experience. I could go on and on, but instead, I encourage you to find out for yourself. 10/10 recommend and would love to return.
