The house has a 75 inch TV in the living room, and a 65 inch TV in the downstairs bonus room. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Lock all doors and windows. Press the “X” button on the keypad to lock the front door upon exit.
If you used the garage door opener, please return it to the kitchen counter or the shelf next to the breakfast nook (where you found it).
Set the thermostat to 72°F, turn off lights and turn off the heater on the TV stands (main floor and downstairs), if you used them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
