We're currently in a state of transition with this 2nd floor 3/1 unit with deck. Long-term tenants have lived there for years but needed to move recently, and starting 9/2 we'll refurbish and furnish it. We figure we could just keep it vacant for a few weeks and get everything done before the first guest, but this will take time as hosts live 2 hours away in San Diego. We figured perhaps some guests would be happy to accept less-than-perfection for a much lower price September. If you are open to being flexible and assisting with that transition, we are willing to rent it starting as early as 9/3 for a much lower rent. NOTE: it will be clean and in reasonable repair, and "livable", but will be "minimalist" and unpolished initially. Day 1 we'll definitely have: Kitchen stove, fridge, sink, flatware, plates, some pots/pans, towels. Washer & dryer. Hot water heater. 2 queen beds, pillows, bedding. 2 fold-up twin beds. 1-2 futons & TV in the living room. 1 2x4 ft desk. 2+ chairs. Full bathroom with towels.
Guests in September must be willing to: --schedule with servicemen as needed (expecting to need at leaqst 2-3 days in September, depending on YOUR preferences...i.e. fix or enhance more things vs minimize interruptions). --accept shipped items and store them inside (if it's something you'd like to start using, such as a shelf or lamp, you could open and ssemble...optional!).
The more access we have during Sept-Oct, the nicer we can make the place and add things you need! Or if you have enough to get by just fine and would rather not be bothered, that's fine too.

WiFi, Netflix included. 2 queen beds; extra futon & foldable mattress, pack 'n play for up to 4 guests and even occasional additional visitors. Portable AC's cool bedrooms ...rarely needed (ocean breezes). 3 blocks: cliffside park/hiking, Cabrillo Beach, Angel's Gate park. Free use of boogie board, beach chairs, towels 1 dedicated assigned parking spot as well as FREE street parking.
Point Fermin is home to much of San Pedro's rich culture, and some great dining spots too! Enjoy Music By The Sea, the "Hey Rookie" pool and the many other local summer activities.
