Everything when well throughout our stay, good location for safety and close access to highway. One small problem occurred on our last day, check out time was 11am, but we were interrupted by landscaping crew around 9:30am. They were turning the dirt to lay rolls of grass down in the back yard (lots of dust), the owner did ask them to hold off, but they refused. We were not aware of the project taking place until the last minute. We were delayed by 15mins to leave to the LA airport until the air was somewhat clear of dust, other than that! Everything went well. I will definitely stay there again if available!

Great place!

It was very clean and stocked with everything we might need! Felt just like home:) Location is wonderful and quiet and the check in and out process is smooth. Highly recommend this place for your stay!

Great quiet place

This place is just as advertised. Its quiet, nice neighborhood, and the host and neighbors are friendly and hospitable themselves. I eould definitely recommend this place if you travel for work or just need a place to go for a little relaxation.

Quiet and comfortable

Stayed while traveling for business, and found the property comfortable and quiet. There is only a kitchenette so be prepared to dine out and/or reheat things in the microwave. Otherwise easy to handle. There was an issue with the door code but it was quickly resolved.

Really great place to stay if you’re in the Long Beach are. Very clean, the host is very nice and the bed is very comfortable. The pillows are fantastic, not the paper thin types you find in hotel rooms, but the thick kinds that support you throughout the night. The only issue I had was the internet. I work while staying in LA and most of my downtime is working in the hotel or VRBO. While the speed was good, the connection was intermittent and when I checked, the host gives access to the 6 GHz band but it’s not inside the unit. With the 6GHz band, you have to be in viewing distance of the router without a wall between your device and the router. This did cause a few moments of embarrassment in my meetings, unfortunately. A better option would have been to give guests access to the 5GHz band since that’s strong enough for anything and goes thru walls easily. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Overall good stay. Kitchenette is not set up for any cooking. Bathroom sink was very slow draining. Patio bench seat and table needed cleaning. Bathroom was well supplied with even sunscreen. Host was very welcoming.

This was a good affordable stay. The shower is nice and the place was very clean. There was ample street parking. Our only minor complaint is that the AC was very noisy, but the room was so warm we needed to have it on.
