In an exclusive neighborhood next to Barton Creek Mall and Zilker park. You will have access to the north side of house that has a private bedroom with en suite bathroom including shower and toilet , lounge/dinning room, private hi kitchen/laundry room.

No Cat Allergy's as we have a cat living on the property

The north side of the house has a private entrance from the back yard.
that leads into a lounge/ dinning room. From there you have access to the bedroom, with en suite shower and toilet. There is also a second toilet off the lounge as well as a private kitchen /laundry room

The South side of the house is occupied by the owner

Fantastic stay close to downtown

Neil's place was spotless, super comfortable and easy to find. Neil himself was extremely helpful, communicative and showed us a lot of hospitality. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect for ACL weekend

Neil was awesome and offered to take us to the festival. It was a perfect place to crash for the festival and we had a lot of fun!

Great for weekend stay

Property was very clean and located in a good neighborhood. It was perfect for my solo weekend stay during a music festival. Owner is responsive and ensures everything is good to go.

Austin visit

Property located in good neighborhood. Found a dead cockroach in the bedroom and signs of roach activity. Fridge was also not clean. Had to prompt the owner to refund security deposit (after 10 days)

ACL weekend

Our family of 4 stayed here for ACL weekend. I picked the place due to the close proximity to Zilker park, which ended up being a little farther than I thought. While it was about 2 miles, it was way too far to walk in Texas heat, leaving us to spend quite a bit in Uber fees. The location was still good and the neighborhood was nice. Our biggest complaint with our stay was the cleanliness of the property. Things we encountered were half used shampoo and body wash bottles in the shower (with hairs stuck to them), Old food and drinks left in the fridge, including a half drunk fast food milkshake. Also the bed linens on the Murphy bed were dirty and we had to strip them off and wash our own sheets. We later found a bin of “lost and found” bras, hats, and other random items under the bed. Overall kinda gross. The pictures online are outdated and shows a manicured backyard and clutter free studio, which was not the case. The host was very nice but really needs to deep clean and declutter the place for future guests. The place is in an ideal location and has potential if was cleaned up, but we personally would not stay here again.

Just what we needed!

Great location near downtown and walkable to the Barton Creek Mall. We rode the Formula 1 shuttle to and from the Formula 1 race and it was seamless. Neil was very communicative and the space was super private which was nice. The kitchen was a little cluttered but the bathroom / bedroom were clean. I would've loved a lamp and a side table on each side of the bed to keep our stuff a little more organized but overall it was a great stay! Also loved the TV and couch in the living room. Thanks Neil!

Great spot with outstanding host

We loved staying at this property. Close proximity to downtown. What made this an exceptional experience was the hosts. They were so accommodating and beyond helpful!!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Loved this space!

Nice place to stay close to downtown Austin. Quiet, mature neighborhood minutes from everything you need. Good sized space with all the amenities including W/D, huge TV, and a comfy bed!

ACL STAY

We had a wonderful stay! The beds were comfortable, the washer and kitchen were great! We were gone most of the time, and mostly utilized the home for a place to sleep and late mornings. Ride shares were less than $15 to and from Zilker area. Highly recommend staying and hope to stay here in the future.

Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect space to stay while in town for ACL... close to Zilker Park, downtown Austin, stores and restaurants. Adequate space to sleep, and having 1.5 baths was helpful for multiple people getting ready for the day. As for communication, Neil is very responsive to messages and answered any questions. I would definitely stay here again for any future trips to Austin.

Large main room worked great for our group, as well as 2 bathrooms (lots of extra blankets & bedding available too!!). Clean and convenient, we had a great time. With the main room of the rental connected to the kitchen of the house (thin sound barrier), we tried to keep our voices down and not cause to much noise. :) Great place to rent! We would go back!!

Great location at a great price.

We stayed at Neil's place for ACL this year. It very comfortably fit 4 people. The place is in a nice neighborhood, not too far from the city, and very well kept. I would definitely recommend staying here.
