Primary bedroom offers a king sized bed, full bathroom, 55 inch smart tv, and large walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed.

Bedroom 3 offers 2 twin beds.

There is also a main bathroom with a tub/shower.

Office/game room has a desk, printer, chair, arcade game and nice comfy couch. Couch also converts into a queen sized hide-a-bed.

Cozy living room is furnished with a couch, loveseat, electric reclining chair, 65 inch smart tv, and a variety of reading material and games for the entire family.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking! There is a large fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, plus a drip coffee pot, crock-pot, air fryer, and much more. Also a nice sized pantry to store all your groceries.

The backyard boasts a nice in-ground, swimming pool, new gas grill (propane is provided), and patio furniture.

This property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera next to the front door.

Please do not play with the pool vacuum or vacuum hose. When locking the patio door, use the top lock.
Garbage Day is Monday morn. If you are staying with us on a Sunday/Monday, please bring both cans out to Rimrock St. on Sunday night. (around corner)

Kitchen was full of everything we needed. House was stocked well with towels and other necessities. Master bed felt hard to touch but had a great sleep and couldn’t feel my husband move at all.

We loved our stay here! We drove our family of 6 from Northern California to drop off our son at college in Phoenix. This house has been a great “home base” for us. The house was very clean, well stocked, and the kids enjoyed the fun pool floats. The host had great communication and even had someone address a minor issue the same day. We would highly recommend this property to others and we would definitely stay here again!

The Desert Retreat was a great place to stay for our 5 days in Surprise. It was very clean and adequately supplied with pots, pans, dishes, etc. It was a great location and close to shopping and grocery stores. The heated pool was a plus as so many rentals had pools without heat. I would recomment this property for your stay in the Surprise/Phoenix area.
