We planned our stay for my daughter’s graduation and had such a time. We had plenty of room in the house, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. We were close to the university and near many places to eat. And when we didn’t want to go out we had a full kitchen and a bbq to cook. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Clean and close to CASV

The house was perfect for our needs! We wanted to be close to CASV - it was so easy to get there and back. House was clean, comfortable, and updated. Karen was super responsive during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great for local graduation

The property is big enough for our grown family of 5. The side street is quiet with plenty of space for additional parking. We enjoyed both outdoor spaces and the ice machine!!

Perfect for Cooperstown ASV Stay

Perfect location for our week long Cooperstown tournament. Can’t get much closer than this property! Convenient to fields and local stores.

Great location close to everything

The house is very well cared for and clean. I stayed there with my two sisters while visiting other family in the area, plenty of room for all of us. The host was prompt in her responses to any of my messages

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of bedding and extra towels. House is very close to the All-Star Village and it was convenient to run back to the house between games or if my son needed something. The house is located on a busy road and has quite a bit of street noise.

Good location but under delivered on quality

The house is ok but has several flaws. 1. It’s not walkable to Cooperstown all Star village as promised, because the sidewalk ends and you’ll be walking in the road. 2. The beds and bedding is really cheap and all of the mattresses have plastic on them which makes for loud and gross sleeping. 3. The stairs in the house are about to cave in. I’ve never experienced louder stairs with more give to them. If anyone in the house needs to go downstairs everyone else is woken up. 4. There is no air conditioning! There are a couple window units. Your options are a hot house or loud house with window units blowing directly on you all night. I would not stay at this property again. The only plus was the proximity to the park. Oneata is nowhere as fund as Cooperstown. The restaurants and atmosphere are much better at Cooperstown and you’d be wise to drive the 30 mins each day. Charging Cooperstown prices in Oneata is just wrong.

This house was perfect for us (2 coaches wives and their daughters)- the commute to ASV was soooo easy and short which was great after the later evening games. Lots of walkable restaurants. Host was great to communicate with. I highly recommend!!!
