4 Bedroom 2 Full Bathroom single family house on Academy Street that sleeps 8. Walking distance to Main Street Shopping and Eateries in Oneonta, NY. 2 ½ Miles to Cooperstown All Star Village! 19 Miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park! (20-25 minutes)

The Space:
This stylish house is in pristine condition and offers plush carpeting, over-sized rooms and enclosed front porch. "THE BULLPEN" is a two story (fully air- conditioned) 4 Bedroom house with Kitchen, Separate Dining Room, Living Room with 50" Flat Screen TV and two full baths. All bedrooms have queen beds (expect 1 with King bed), dresser, desk/chair & 50 inch flat screen TV’s and one Queen bedroom is on the first floor without stairs.

The Neighborhood:
Lots to do in the area. Your welcome guide is on the dining room table and emailed before arrival.

Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance.

Main Street is just a short walk with an abundance of restaurants and nightlife, gives THE BULLPEN an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

THE BULLPEN is centrally located between both baseball camps.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 30 days of check in; 50% refund within 7 days of check in; no refund after that. There is a 5% fee associated with refunds.

Plenty of room for a big family

My family stayed here while my son played at ASV. It was the perfect location to go back and forth from the ballpark. The house itself was roomy for my family to fit comfortably.

Good location, good communication

The property is conveniently located close to All Star Village. It was clean but old. Bathrooms and the kitchen need some updates. Good response to our requests.

Nice rental

The property was very clean and met expectations. Plenty of amenities were provided. Very quick response to any questions. Very pleasant stay. We were 3 families and there was plenty of space. Enjoyed the outdoor patio and grill. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great experience! House was fantastic, clean and everything we needed. Very quick drive (5min) to fields for those who have players at Cooperstown Baseball World at SUNY!

I have lived in both Oneonta and Cooperstown, located in upstate New York, and they hold a special place in my heart. Oneonta, a charming baseball town, has a unique energy that draws me in. From attending local events and concerts to browsing the shops and restaurants downtown, there's always something to do in Oneonta. Cooperstown, just a short drive away, is home to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, a must-visit destination for all baseball fans. The picturesque town also boasts stunning views of Otsego Lake and offers opportunities for hiking, fishing, and other outdoor activities. I love the sense of community in both Oneonta and Cooperstown, as well as the rich history and culture of the region. Whether it's visiting the Farmers' Market on Saturdays, exploring the museums and galleries, or simply taking in the natural beauty of the area, I feel a deep connection to this part of New York and am grateful to call it home.
