GENERAL DESCRIPTION: House well planned, cozy and modern. 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, 1 bathroom, large and well-structured kitchen, with all the necessary appliances. Large living room with 42 inch led tv, wireless internet. Located in the center of Lagoa da Conceição, but on a street that has no bars and is 200 meters from the lagoon. Close to pharmacies, supermarkets, post office, gas station and health. Easy access to the Airport, Praia Mole, Joaquina, Barra da Lagoa and Campeche. You don't need a car to go to the famous bars, restaurants and cafes, or walk and admire the dusk by the lagoon

Estrutura Incrivel.
O imóvel é incrivel, muito bem estruturado, possui tudo o que se precisa.
Está muito bem localizado, a poucos passos da lagoa da conceição, de supermercados, bares e lojas. O acesso as praias da Joaquina e Mole é facil, ficando a poucos minutos de carro. O proprietário é extremamente atencioso e educado!!! Recomendo e pretendo locar em outras oportunidades.
