Location was in a good location with a lot of places near by. Parking was easy and close and not very expensive. The apartment was a good space for a very simple stay.
Host responded quickly to questions and was pleasant. Location was perfect for is to walk to everything. Plenty of sleeping for all of us. It was a great weekend.
The location was perfect for us, as my sister lives around the corner. Tons of space and lots of beds. Close to the El, great diner a block a way open 24hr and a little market right downstairs. We walked to Michigan avenue and had an all around great trip even got a great snowfall.
Location was close to the L train and the Divvy bikes. Cool part of town. The place was huge with tons of space and lots of beds for sleeping. Very unique and would stay there again for sure.

Thanks for your feedback, Cassie. It was lovely having you stay.
Host was very helpful. Easy parking across the street that was reasonably priced. Only problem was illegal parking took many spots in lot and we didn't have a place to park for a bit. Water pressure was low. Could hear other tenants in the building through the walls and they were up till past 3 am.
Loft apartment. Clean and located in a convenient location with Chicago River North. Property provided an excellent launchpad for exploring Chicago. Requires hangers and clothing bureaus in rooms.

Thanks for your kind words, Eugene. Would love to have you stay again next time you're in city.
Overall, my stay at this property was amazing! I booked this for my best friend’s bachelorette party and everyone enjoyed their stay as there was plenty of space for all 9 of us! I do have a few things that could have made the stay better. We were only provided one roll of paper towels which we went through fast between nine people and we had to resort to using bath towels for things that we needed paper towels for. This was an issue because we were only allotted one body towel and one face towel per guest so using a towel for anything other than our bodies meant we were down a towel with no extras. There was also no oven mit at this property which was an issue as breakfast was cooked for everyone one morning. So, we also had to use a bath towel in place of an oven mit during this instance as well. We also discovered that some of the pots and pans maybe need to be renewed as a good bit of them were very rusty. We didn’t use some of the pots because of this. The water machine on the fridge was also quite slow and sometimes we had a line at the fridge because the water came out very very slowly. None of these things affected the enjoyment of the property, but these are some things to note. We had a great time and we all agreed that we would stay again. This is an honest review so that our stay can be even better next time!
The home was perfect for our group of Five adult men. It had plenty of space, plenty of things to do close by, and a very seamless walk to the areas of town we were looking to get to.
It was very clean, easy to access, and plenty of accommodations to cover us all.
Would stay here again with friends, and would have no reservations of staying here with my family of six as well.

Thanks for your feedback, Chris. It was lovely having you stay.
We were a group of 3 adults and 3 (7, 4 and infant) kids. The space was perfect to get to the magnificent mile and American Girl store via walking and just a quick drive to Tiny Happy men statue or to Chinatown. Parking was easy with SpotHero. Very convenient for our group.

Thank you for your lovely review! We're delighted to hear that the space worked perfectly for your group and that you enjoyed the convenient location. It's great to know that you found it easy to get to the Magnificent Mile, American Girl store, Tiny Happy Man statue, and Chinatown. We hope to welcome you and your family back soon!
I was with a group of 5 women in our early 30’s. Our big selling point was that we would all have our own bed. The beds and surfaces were clean and tidy, but the floors could use some work. Our socks turned black in no time without us wearing shoes in the unit. The bathroom floor felt dingy to us as well. The location was great, we were able to walk to many places we wanted to go. Overall we liked the place. If your group takes a bit to get ready, it can be a little difficult with the one bathroom. There were no other mirrors, so I would recommend bringing your own if more than one person needs to get ready at the same time.
We were looking for a place to stay for our volleyball tournament. Dan was very responsive and was so kind and easy to work with. The parking is right across the street (cheap and easy)... the train comes by often but I did not hear it. Very spacious. This rental is on the 3 floor and there are no elevators... be ready to hike up. Overall great stay... Thank you Dan.
