Location is everything! Our Condo is located in the beautiful Shores Resort on Grand Traverse East Bay. Views of The Bay may be seen from our balcony on the top floor that is a nice and quiet corner unit. Close enough to Traverse City that you may ride your bike down the TART Trail to downtown Traverse City and yet completely out of the traffic. (If you are looking for a larger 1 bedroom Condo, we have one of those available. Just go to 4356538.) We are in the middle of everything Northern Michigan has to offer. Winery tours, Micro-brews, cherry, apple, and blue berry picking, casinos, water sports, hiking, biking, skiing, snowmobiling, shopping, foodie stops, Interlochen Center for the Arts, Sleeping Bear dunes, and festivals almost every weekend during the summer months. Some just decide to relax on their balcony or on the beach and enjoy their favorite drink.

My wife and I moved to Northern Michigan 21 years ago, right after we married. We know Northern Michigan would be a great place to raise children one day. Since then we had two great kids, and come to find out we were right. Northern Michigan is an incredible place to raise children and enjoy life. We purchased a hospitality business in Grand Traverse County and realized the huge demand from others not living in Northern Michigan wanting to enjoy what we enjoy every day, the beauty of Traverse City.
Why they chose this property
We would take our children down to the beaches on the Bay as much as we could in the summer. after awhile we realized that we were at the Bay not only in the summer but in the fall, winter and spring as well. Since we loved being by the Bay so much we decided to purchase our piece of the Bay. So we saw and fell in love with the Condo in The Shores resort complex. It has everything we were looking for in a get away Condo.
What makes this property unique
Since owning our Condo we have really enjoyed the pool and hot tub that over look the Bay, the sandy beach where we play volleyball, and the Bay where we put in our kayaks and paddle around. If the weather is not cooperating we just go right down the road to The Grand Traverse Resort and enjoy their indoor pool play area, hot tub, fitness rooms, tennis courts, and my personal favorite the sauna. Inside our condo, we try to get away but with the WiFi available we occasionally will log in. We definitely feel picking the top floor corner unit was a super choice. It is always quiet and the ceilings are vaulted. We often bring our bikes and hop on the TART trail for a great family bike ride. Car rides are easy because of the location. We visit downtown Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Old Mission Peninsula, and Interlochen Center for the Arts.
