Welcome to our charming beachside villa, located within the secure gated community of Sawgrass Beach Club—the perfect place for a relaxing coastal getaway. Just a short stroll (approximately 500 feet) from the sandy shores, you’ll be enjoying the beautiful Atlantic Ocean in minutes.

This thoughtfully designed first-floor studio villa offers a warm coastal feel, featuring stylish shiplap walls and tile flooring throughout. The inviting living area includes a luxurious leather power-reclining sofa and two comfortable swivel chairs—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. For a restful night’s sleep, the villa features a comfortable queen-size bed.

The fully equipped kitchen includes beautiful quartz countertops, a double oven, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Enjoy dining at the counter-height bar, designed for casual and comfortable meals.

The spacious bathroom features double sinks, quartz countertops, and a soaking tub with a shower—ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Step outside to the screened-in lanai, where you can sip your morning coffee or evening drink while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean.

Please note:

* This is a first-floor unit with 3 steps at the entry.
* While this is not an oceanfront condo, it is located on the beachside of Ponte Vedra Boulevard, just a short walk to the beach.
* The pools shown in the community photos are for Sawgrass members only and are not available to guests.
* The community pool available to guests is located approximately 1 mile from the condo.

Exceptional

Lisas place was exceptional. This clean, organized, and clearly newly renovated studio condo reached far beyond its expectations for our stay. Updated bathroom and kitchen with high end appliances, including washer and dryer, stocked with everything I needed to cook, shower, and sleep after a long day at the beach. The porch is screened in so no mosquitos, clean and well maintained. Stayed here with two children 2 and under, and had plenty of room for two pack n plays. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella and sand toys provided by host. Very easy to communicate with host thru Vrbo messaging. Seamless check in and out. The beach is immaculate. Sawgrass is a safe, well maintained resort community. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. beach access is easy, and this condo is of the closest beach club villas to beach access, but beach access does involve a good amount of stairs. Would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family!!
