The owner was very accommodating, but the condo itself was poorly stocked with soaps and paper products. It didn’t have enough sets of towels and the blinds in the bedroom needed to be repaired.

Dear Dennis, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly appreciate it. Unfortunately, our cleaning crew missed the blinds during the check-in inspection. We have already arranged for the repair as soon as it was brought to our attention. Regarding towels, we provide one set per guest for each week of stay. Your reservation was booked for two guests, so we were not aware that there were four guests. We do have additional towels available in the owner’s closet upon request, and we would have been happy to provide more if notified. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve and ensure a better experience for all our guests.

The accommodations were comfortable and we were grateful for beautiful views and easy beach access. We enjoyed the workout room and steam sauna.We didn't have beach chairs or umbrella, but glad there were beach/pool towels to use.

Great location right on the beach, close to pier and downtown restaurants. Garage parking and gated property added nice security. Met residents of building who seemed very nice. Go to Grumpy's for breakfast. Property owner was super helpful and easy to work with. Thanks for a great pre-Christmas getaway.

Beautiful location, great accommodation!

We have stayed at this location before and love the Oceania building! The condo is nicely furnished and has the most amazing ocean-front balcony and view--unbeatable! We enjoyed family meals together inside and on the balcony, easy access to the beach, pool and gym. Sharon checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and answered any questions promptly--we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here 8 weeks from Jan-March. The property is nice with a great view of the beach. It is close to the Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach shopping areas and a great natural foods grocery store. We enjoyed walks on the beach, shrimp dinners, fish sandwiches and the beautiful weather. We will definitely return.

Great beach location

Property was convenient to great places to eat/shop. Building is very secure and pictures are exactly what you get. Covering parking was nice and enough visitor parking for my kids who drove there to park. Kitchen was equipment well enough to only need cooking ingredients. The beach was the highlight of the location. It's flat, great for walking or biking at low tide. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Would stay there again.

A Quality Property

Oceana 402 is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the magnificent Jacksonville Beach up close and personally. Excellent communication with the owner, Sharon was of critical importance as we had a hiccup getting initial access remotely and she solved our problem immediately. The Oceana condo complex is one of the best we have experienced with one important exception: the lovely outdoor pool is never heated. Nonetheless we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return. I

This place was great and would 100% go back. We stayed 7/6-7/13. Clean, clean, clean. Seemed like most of residents live there full time. Only a handful of vacationers/tourists. All views were fantastic. Pool was clean all week and rarely used by anybody in the complex. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and/or a very short drive. Plenty of ships to watch with binoculars. Navy helicopters pass by daily on beach. Entire complex is very clean, including elevators. Location seemed very secure. You can only access property with electronic key fobs. There are no carts to unload and load your belongings. You will have to carry everything to room. We ate at Sandpiper which is located on an inlet waterway for some of the cargo ships. Across from sandpiper is Navy Base where the helicopters are constantly taking off and landing while on deck eating at Sandpiper. There is a bar/tavern/lounge/restaurant right next door. Monkey Uncles Tavern had good wings and a couple pool tables for the short rain storms. Waves were great for 3 days, but really calm during most of stay. There is also a pier within walkin distance. U can fish from pier and rent poles for a reasonable price. Saw Dolphin pods just about everyday from the balcony. The beach and complex gets quite at 10pm. We had a blast.
