We always recommend stopping by Walmart or another local store on your way into town so you can stock up and avoid any extra trips—sounds like that worked perfectly for you! We truly appreciate you bringing the issue with the birds to our attention during your visit. After you let us know, we promptly removed them and sealed the hole in the wall, so this shouldn't be a problem moving forward. We understand how the gravel parking lot can get a bit messy during rainy weather, and we’re hoping to make improvements to the exterior of the building in the near future. We apologize for the issues you experienced with both the internet and the trash. We understand how frustrating that can be. Since your stay, we’ve worked with the city and have upgraded to a larger trash holder to ensure it doesn’t happen again, and we’ve also changed our internet service. We really appreciate your feedback about the folding chairs and have since added extra chairs and another table to make it easier for everyone to dine together. Regarding the squeaky bunk beds, we completely understand how that could be disruptive. Thanks for bringing it to our attention! We’ve since unscrewed every bolt on the beds, and reinstalled them with Loctite screw glue. This has helped to reduce the noise. We appreciate the feedback and your stay it goes a long way in helping us to improve the property, updating the exterior is our next big project!
