Welcome to Grandma’s Gator House in the Midtown District. This 5BR+2BA home is a half block from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, “The Swamp”, several restaurants, shops, and other local attractions. This 1920s gem has plenty of space, a screened-in porch and a large lawn. Comfortably sleeps 10, and there is parking available for 4 cars. Please note: We host a long running tailgate in yard on home game days with directed parking. You are only allowed two cars in yard during this time. Street parking is free nights and weekends opening at 4pm. Go Gators!

Restaurants, The Swamp, the UF campus, and more!

Guests will be given a code and have the whole house (excluding the attic and the shed).
The Neighborhood:
Being so close to the University of Florida, our neighborhood is one of the most convenient and vibrant areas in Gainesville. There are many fun activities and places to explore, from top-rated restaurants to museums as well as beautiful botanical gardens. You’ll never run out of things to do, especially on football weekends when the city is extra festive!
Getting Around:
Grandma’s Gator House is located in such a prime spot that you won’t need a car to get around. Restaurants, shops, and bars are just a short walk away. Gators fans will especially appreciate that the football stadium is just a few steps on foot.
Other Things to Note:
» No food or drink in the bedrooms
» Pets are not allowed
» Smoking and vaping is prohibited on premises
» Parties and events are not allowed
» No commercial photography
» Please do not use hair dye/henna in the house
» Please only use the provided black washcloths for makeup removal
» We do not allow fires of any kind on the premises
» Check-in form & ID upload required prior to stay
