this professionally decorated condo that has all of the thoughtful touches of home. No matter your reason for traveling here, you've found your home at Albert's Place.

We hope you enjoy our home in Midtown located in the heart of Gator Nation. We have set up our condo to be your home away from home regardless if it is for 2 days or several weeks. Tastefully decorated throughout with just the right touches.

Perfect location for events at the University of Florida, in town for business or pleasure, or to visit your child at school.

Bedroom 1 has a King size bed w/ attached full bath.

Bedroom 2 has two twin XL beds that can be converted to a king size bed.

We were two parent couples staying for our daughters' parent's weekend. Great location for access to campus. Publix within walking distance. Property is very secure and covered parking garage was nice. Amenities in condo were in good condition. Condo was perfect for our weekend.

Convenient Gainesville Condo

Our crew travelled to Gainesville for the first time and really enjoyed this spot. Incredibly convenient located right next to campus. Straightforward check in instructions and easy to get in touch with host. If you are visiting Gainesville for anything associated with University, this spot is a no brainer.

Albert’s Place Midtown

The location was perfect for visiting our son at UF. Walking distance to campus for football/basketball games. Cute condo in quiet neighborhood. Check in/out process was complicated and cumbersome, but otherwise recommended.

Not enjoyable

Our 2 night stay was last minute decision to flee a monster hurricane . My troubles started when I arrived at the location 3 hours early. After eating lunch in my car I had to go to the bathroom. Not having the option to find a local one and having the access code to the apartment, I entered and used the bathroom. I got a text message from the HOST saying they couldn’t believe I entered early. I explained me predicament. They answered that I would be charged $30 extra ! They have a Ring camera on the entry door to watch you coming and going.Doesn’t feel right. We found a pair of men’s underwear and socks in a dresser and a book and a pair of glasses under living room couch. Pay for cleaning service … expect clean. Their exit cleaning list was much different from other Vrbo’s. Gather and take out garbage, sweep the floors, wash all dishes and put away in their proper places. Our last few hours were spent working for them. They also accused us of other things. Makes me wonder if they have more than just the Ring camera on the front door. We left a stressful situation at home to find more on this “vacation”.
