Located on a quite street in town Boyne City. This home is spacious & well laid out with a primary bedroom/ ensuite at one end of the house & two bedrooms with second full bath at the other. In the middle is the living room and dining/kitchen. The space is open & flows well right to the back yard. There you are greeted with a large patio & new deck furnature. The back yard is big and great for a game of football or soccer.
Walk to town from here for an afternoon of shopping or evening dinner.
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Great Boyne City vacation

G’s house and yard are wonderful. We have enjoyed more than one visit in G’s rental. It is a great place to relax. Boyne City and the surrounding Northern Michigan lakes, beaches, and towns are so much fun.

Family Fun

We had a wonderful time in Boyne City. The house was lovely. The yard was lush with beautiful plants. Everything was comfortable and very clean. We have rented several vacation places in Boyne City and this would be in our top three. The homes owner was generous and we were able to extend our rental. It was a great place to vacation.

Great location, clean home.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay in Boyne. This home was close to town and we rode our bikes to the lake several times. There was a large backyard for our dog as well. The kitchen and laundry room were great. While the location was ideal, next door to us appeared to be the owner in their camper who came on our deck unannounced while we were there which was a little awkward. Also- the pet fee was not clear when we paid for our stay.

We added in the pet fee in a couple different spots in hopes to catch future renters and let them know they need to agree upon the pet rules before booking. We had no issue with your pet and you were a great guest. We hope to host you again. We will speak with the neighbor and ensure privacy of our future guests. Boyne City can be pretty friendly. :)
