Beautiful 1920s bungalow newly remodeled and just 7.5 miles from White House
Whatever the occassion this is the perfect house for your stay. Located inside the beltway, which provides quick access to Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Baltimore. Easy access to 495 and 270. Walking distance to Silver Spring Metro and/or Forest Glen Metro. It sits directly on the RideOn route that will take you to the Silver Spring Metro, if you aren't up for a walk. Restaurants and shopping galore. So many things to do and places to go. More than the location the bungalow is absolutely fabulous. It has just had a complete makeover and boasts beautiful wood floors on the main level and attic, a fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, large living room to hanging out and catch up, a tv sitting room that features a twin daybed. The basement has a work area with a desk. It also has a nice size television. The front porch is a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee and watch the neighborhood come alive. The back patio is absolutely gorgeous and you can sit and relax while you grill. There is a private driveway in the back of the house and street parking in front of the house. It is a very friendly neighborhood so don't be surprised by everyone saying hello as they pass by the house.
