Ac is great, room very clean, parking in building, Quick walk to beach. Many restaurants nearby. Great view of diamond head, lanai small, chairs for beach were great. Would recommend getting lanai door fixed so you can open easier, hallways outside elevator need cleaning, but that’s responsibility of hotel. Plenty of bedding, towels, laundry soap. Laundry next door for 2.25. Coffee maker in room with coffee for 1 pot, would’ve been nice to be given a pack for each day there

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Beautiful view and easy check-in. Parking was convenient in an adjacent garage and lots of spaces were available. Convenient location to Waikiki.

it was a wonderful vacation. Cozy condo is within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, zoo. It's great place to stay with children. Byron Wickard is very good manager.

Great value especially being so close to everything! No need to rent a car, although parking is free, you can always just walk closer to the beach and tour buses can pick you up there. Make sure to get the Go pass from Costco if you plan to do more than 6 things. This place has laundry 5 steps outside the unit.
Better in person! Photos they posted are too washed out. Book it!

Good location

We enjoyed our stay at Waikiki Sunset. Although the interior was a bit dated, everything we needed was provided, like kitchen utensils, washer and dryer on our floor, coffeemachine, beach chairs.

Just what you need.

It's the perfect spot for a family looking to explore the island. The condo had everything we needed was super close to the best beach in the US. If you find problems with the place you didn't go to enjoy the big island.

Ask questions

This is a very old building with dingy hallways in the main corridor and sub par air conditioning. The amenities are not bad - there is a pool and decent gym and play area. The unit is very small! We had to put luggage in kitchen and in den area as the bedrooms could barely accommodate them. The location is not bad just a few blocks from Waikīkī beach. As long as you understand what you are getting for the price - the pictures do not show how small the unit is.

Non-working Refrigerator The Entire Stay!!!

GOOD: ​A view of Diamond Head​ and the ocean. Oh​,​ so nice to stare at the waves. If you ​w​ant ​t​o spend a lot of time ​a​t​ a rental just to relax, you will enjoy this one. ​A kitchen ​​is a definite​ plus to prepare a meal or snack. BAD: On the first day, the refrigerator ​did not work. I called​ property manager Byron​ and he promised a repair person would be ​t​here the next day​. ​In anticipation of the repair, we brought food back to our rental place ​the next day, but ​no one came and the fridge still ​d​idn't work​ed. ​During the week, we received repeated assurance that it would be repaired. To make ​a long story short, the refrigerator was never fixed.​ the only consolation was that Byron gave us a cooler and a bag of ice. UGLY: I asked Byron if we could be compensated for ​t​his major inconvenience for not having a working refrigerator for the ENTIRE stay. ​W​e initially got a verbal response that he w​ould immediately refund ​u​s 25% of the rental​, ​​but no refund credit ​ever ​appeared on my account even after multiple inquiries. ​Just like the refrigerator repair, we were given a bunch of empty promises. ​ Bottom line: If there were no refrigerator problems, this unit would have been acceptable. I give it this unit 1 star for not resolving the refrigerator issue (as of today) and 4 stars for the view.

Reviewer Comments: キャプテンクックさんは去年別のホテル利用からのリピです。去年も担当の方が休みでジェーンさんが対応してくれました。100点の対応でした。お部屋はまず1番のポイントはダイヤモンドベッドビューです。好みは別れると思いますが好きな人なら満足だと思います。室内は清潔感もありキッチンも必要充分です。広さは3人だと良いですが4人だと1バスなんで少し手狭だと思います。マイナス点はシャワーの水圧、エアコンの音とワイキキ中心からの徒歩は少し遠いかな。しかしながらコスパは総じて良いと思います。ラグジュアリーを求めるのなら違います
