Higher Faugan parc is a private guest House offering rooms or suites, overlooking Penzance, Mounts Bay and St Micheals Mount. Close to Mousehole, Minack Theatre and Lands End, it's an excellent base to tour Cornwall and the Scilly Isles. Higher Faugan Built in 1904 as the family home of renowned artists Stanhope & Elizabeth Forbes.

The north wing of the house, originally the artist studio, now comprises of 4 one room suites. these are designed for 2 but will sleep up to 4 utilising sofabeds, they are comfortably and tastefully furnished, incorporating king size beds, sofas, Smart TV's, USB outlets, en-suite bathrooms with bath & shower. All suites are non-smoking. Our concept is different in so far as your room or suite is your private space, we have no public rooms or restaurant,
Built in 1904 as the home of artists Stanhope and Elizabeth Forbes, Higher Faugan Parc is set in private grounds with a large lawn for guest use. It is close to stunning local beaches. Higher Faugan Parc offers a private holiday experience with no public or communal areas.

Each suite feature a mini kitchen, a sofa, an LCD TV and a king-size bed. En-suite bathrooms have a bath and shower. Standard and superior en-suite rooms are also available and all are serviced daily.
Kitchens comprise of a fridge, microwave, toaster and tea/coffee making facilities. A self-service breakfast is provided in your room. You will find complimentary continental breakfast items to breakfast at your leisure. There is no restaurant or communal space.Providing accommodation only, the peaceful and secluded Higher Faugan Parc is approached by a 500-metre long driveway, and has free parking and a private helipad. If travelling by car, Lands End, Geevor Tin Mine, the Eden Project and St Michael's Mount are good visitor attractions. Due to location a car is recommended, but not essential.
