A good base to experience Waikiki and surroundings

The accommodations were in a great location to access the busy part of Waikiki without being in the most crowded part (though frankly everywhere is crowded). Having a parking garage was very important. The room was great- good size, comfy bed, good sized kitchen, full size fridge, full bathroom (tub and shower), big TV, good wifi

Wonderful little spot!!

We had to come to Honolulu from Maui for a medical situation (that turned out perfectly, nodes were clear...no cancer!!!) and needed a spot for just 4 days. I looked at about 20 offers from AirBnB, Hotels, Motels and picked this VRBO offering; so glad I did!! The place was spotless and parking was included (others wanted $20-40 a day!!). Niko was right there with the keys and instructions were clear. FULL kitchen and a balcony with ocean peeks; they even had boogie boards (not that we were in the market but such a nice, thoughtful addition). Close to Waikiki Beach and all the upper end stores; lots of towels and the laundry facilities were just down the hall. We have to return next year for another scan and will definitely call Niko and his wonderful Waikiki retreat.

Super Condo exactly as shown in pictures. Excellent location as close to beach and many restaurants and the free parking was a huge plus. Communication from Niko was perfect as we arrived late at night. Super quiet air conditioner and the beach chairs and umbrella was very much appreciated. Highly recommend this condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Family of 4 Oahu vacation

Ideal location and property for a family of 4. Adults slept on the bed, kids (5 and 7yo) slept on the couch/bed. We brought a sound Machine to drown out the Waikiki noise. Free parking in Waikiki is a huge plus. We did not use the TV or even wifi as we spent most of the days around island. Communication with Niko was quick and easy. We would stay here again.

Tropical Studios at Marine Surf Waikiki is amazing

Great condo. Same as pictures and info. Niko and the team are very responsive. We had no issues and felt very safe. Nice to have a bit of extra space. Kitchen is great and well stocked. Laundry card is easy to use. All info is clearly provided. Location is great for beach, shops and restaurants. Included carparking is great and good access. A car is so handy for exploring. The provision of boogie board blowup beach floats, towels, snorkels, chairs etc are so useful as well. We loved having this available and not have to pay for hiring. Pool also in the building is ok too. The only thing I wish was that Niko had 1 and 2 bedroom options available too for bigger family stays. Absolutely recommend staying here.

Lost my Car

I was there to do some family research, I lost my Jeep , which colored my experience! I had to walk back from the place I last saw it, which I enjoyed but was exhausted by the time I got back;

Amazing 5 Days

We just returned from spreading 5 days in this property . We loved everything about it , the communication we received was very good. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was great, the quality beach chairs and umbrella were a nice addition ,and the cold water in a Brita container in the refrigerator was a nice touch. We had a few questions and Marta and Agnes were very helpful. We had a wonderful time and hope to return .
