Started off a little rocky as cleaners were still there when we arrived and there was no air conditioning our first night. Owner addressed that and a couple other issues the next day, so overall stay was ok.

Kitchen stove knows were broken and overall property seemed very old. The property had a. Very strong smell ( either it was closed for a while or they used strong cleaning agents) Not a pleasant stay, kitchen situation was a complete deal breaker for us

Quiet neighborhood

Stayed here for a long weekend for a convention downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and we did not have any trouble finding street parking during our stay and usually were able to park right in front of the unit. The two king beds were very comfortable and the couch in the living room is a full-size pullout sleeper sofa. The kitchen had a large refrigerator, washer and dryer, air fryer, small Keurig coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and basic pots, pans dishes, etc. it was also stocked with dishwasher pods, paper towels, dish soap.

I am unable to provide a full review on the interior of the home, as we did not enter- therefore I gave those interior ratings a five. We arrived a little before check-in, in order to see the area and what the on street parking situation would be. The area that this house is located provided a very unsafe feeling for our family. I understand that owners cannot be responsible for the actions of others or of the surrounding areas. However, due to a variety of safety factors and numerous red flags, our family did choose to leave and find housing elsewhere. The concern of safety for our family (and car that would have been parked on the street) was enough that it resulted in our total forfeit of money paid, including an unused cleaning fee. We learned our lesson to do more in-depth research and not assume a false sense of safety or security when renting on this or any platform.

I have had multiple individuals stay at this location and no safety issues have ever been reported by any of our guests. I take safety seriously and have security cameras on the outside of the property.
